Rosii Giant is a nice sized, bright red beefsteak that is perfect for a beef sandwich! It grows in clusters of 3 to 4 and can reach 1.5 pounds with regularity. Vines are hardy, produce plenty, and are about 6 feet tall. They begin to ripen their fruits 85 days after transplant and refuse to stop until deep frost. This variety also seemed to like hot, dry weather. Rosii Giant tomatoes are meaty, juicy, well balanced, have great aroma, and are satisfying. One bite will reveal a lot of meat and sweet juice. These will be perfect for sandwiches, cooking, sauces, drying, and market sales. -
A yellow, super tomato that is no bigger than perhaps a nickel, Tindindogo was a huge hit for us in 2017. Hugh bushy plants produced what seems like millions of tender, yellow cherries that were good and memorable. They were the last recognizable fruits in our garden after the first true frost and I have no doubt that with a few warmer days afterwards they would have bounced back. Tindindogo is an African variety that loved the hot dry spells here. They are not very firm. They are flavorful and juicy and almost too much to harvest. Though they are flavorful and juicy, they weren't a good market tomato for us because of the softish texture. They were indeed perfect for eating out of the garden, salads, and sharing. Kids love them. Ripens 75 days after transplant. -
Dwarf Sweet Sue tomato is exactly what its name suggest. But there is more! A perfect variety for anyone with little space or doing container growing, this variety will out-produce almost any dwarf variety. Three foot tall plants are tree type and have rugose leaves. They grow clusters of 4-5 tomatoes that begin to ripen 75 days after transplant. Tomatoes are sweet and juicy. This is a great variety for sauces, cooking, fresh eating , slicing and salsa. Not many of them have made it out of the garden. One of my favorites for snacking while I am working! -
Dwarf Mister Snow tomato was the first yellow dwarf varieties that I tried. There s so much that I could say about this gem. It's sweet, juicy, fruity, has great texture and appeal. Beautiful canary yellow fruits can reach 1o ounces. I have grown these in 5 gallon buckets and also on the farm in the ground. All plants performed excellently. we usually harvest our first ripened ones about 85 days after transplant and continue harvesting for extended periods. Rugose leaf plants can grow as tall as 4 feet but they tree type and are not sprawling so they can easily be grown 2 feet apart in rows. try some of our freshly packed seeds in your next dwarf tomato garden. happy gardening! -

Andrina micro dwarf tomato is a variety that produces larger red cherries that are similar in size to Florida Petite. Even though the fruits are larger, plants produce a nice amount of firm, sweet and juicy cherries. Plants are about 8-10 inches at maturity. But their production is good. They begin to ripen their fruits about 75 days after transplant. So get ready to eat! A little staking may be necessary. I use Chinese chopsticks and they work perfectly! We successfully grew them indoors and under lights. Using 3/4 gallon containers, we were able to fit about 12-15 plants under one 4 foot light fixture and all did exceptionally well. Andrina is my favorite red micro dwarf tomato! -
Pinocchio Red micro dwarf tomato is a beautiful, nice sized cherry tomato that grows on miniature tomato plants. These tree like plants grow no taller than 9 inches and begin to ripen their fruits about 55 days after transplant. Fruits have very good balance of sweet and tang, accompanied by lots of almost fruity juice. Tho diminutive, plants are prolific with a lengthy harvest. Plants should produce a smaller second crop if plants are well cared for. Pinocchio Red can easily be grown in a 3/4 to gallon sized container. A larger container may not be needed. Try 3-4 plants in a window box too, perfect! -
When it comes to outstanding tomatoes, it would be hard to find many green when ripened varieties that are better than Green Giant tomato. Large, oblate, green fruits can reach more than one pound but average 12-16 ounces. This perfect sandwich variety is always very high on our list. Plants are tall and have potato leaves. Ours always display good disease resistance and produce until fall. Green Giant is a great producer too, bearing plenty clusters of 3 or 4 fruits that begin to ripen about 85 days after transplant. There is almost nothing like a sandwich with Granny Cantrell's German Pink tomato. It has the right size, perfect juice, great taste, enough meat and it's not excessively seedy. Our vines produced beefsteak fruits that were in the 1 pound range. They began ripening about 82 days after transplanting in our gardens. Granny Cantrell's tomatoes ripen to a dark pink color, that is aromatic when sliced open. production is plentiful but not excessively prolific. Also a good variety for cooking, slicing, fresh eating and more. Certainly a variety that's worth growing. Stake plants well and early! -
Looking for a beautiful, high-producing variety, that makes surprisingly great sauce? Try Marinade Garnier Rouge tomato. Vines produce bounties of pretty red fruits, that are great for sandwich making, sauce. It works well as a stand alone snacker, slicing and even garnishing. Red, ribbed fruits can reach one pound, but most average around 10-14 ounces. ours came in a bit late, at 85 days, but they were well worth the wait. Once they started coming they never stopped. As far as taste, these have very good balance, nice rich flavor that borders on the sweet side. A must grow! -

Another beautiful dwarf variety with wonderful taste, Dwarf Confetti tomato belongs in every tomato garden. 4-10 ounce fruits are nicely bi-colored inside and out. Plants are less than 3 feet tall and have rugose leaves. Even though they are shorter, plants will benefit from staking. They produce an abundance of fruits and can easily become top heavy. Fruits are sweeter and fruity with nice texture! They have just enough juice to not make your sandwich soggy. Your first ripened fruits shows up about 80 days after transplant. I love peppers of all kinds and use a lot of peppers in most of my meals. Aji Cachucha Purple Splotched pepper is one of my new favorites! This pepper is not hot, it just smells and looks like it. In fact, on a hot scale of 1 to 10, it's only a 1. I have done a lot of cooking and garnishing with it. I have also dehydrated them and made pepper flakes. Using these as stuffing peppers creates the ultimate meal with flavorful hints in every bite. Starting out green, it eventually turns purple on top and finally, all red. What a sight to see! Prolific plants, 3 feet tall. If you like tasty cooking with no heat, this is it! -
One of the most prolific and delicious tomatoes that we grew in 2018, Dwarf Andy's Forty tomato belongs in every tomato garden. Plants are about 3 feet tall and just keep pumping them out all season long. I also found that these were very disease resistant. Ours didn't not get early or late blight. Bi-color fruits are about 4-8 ounces. They bear in bunches of about 4-5 and begin to ripen about 75 days after transplant. Andy's Forty tomato is flavorful, mild and rich. It has very good texture and nice aroma when fully ripened. Overall a delicious tomato! A nice selection for garnish, cooking, snacking and so much more. If you are love growing fun and tasty varieties, Curly Kaley tomato would definitely be one to try. This variety is perfect for containers or patio growing. Plants are about 15-20 inches tall. Very unique plants look like they have the stick gene with very thick, firm trunks and narrow width. They produce plenty, slightly elongated, red cherry tomatoes. These are very tasty and firm to the touch. This can be placed in the micro-dwarf or dwarf categories. Fruits are fleshy treats, have a low seed count, and they are sweet and tangy. Perfect salad and snacking tomato. Plants have a indeterminate habit and continue producing all season long. Best grown in a 1-2 gallon container. -

If you are looking for a very good tomato for slicing in salads or for garnish, Taste Patio tomato will easily do the job. One of my favorite varieties in 2o19, by one of my favorite breeders, Fred Hempel! Plants are determinate and produce so much, that you will never stop harvesting them. These are very delicious in every way. Sweet, tangy, fruity, semi crispy and are so tasty that I ate many at first blush! Intensely colored bi-color fruits are about 2 inches long. Winsall Tomato
Another workhorse on the farm in 2019, I wish that we had discovered these a long time ago. Do you want a nice sandwich? Try a Winsall tomato. Excellent texture, aroma and as a slicer. Ours displayed good disease resistance and had fantastic production. A very balanced tasting variety, fruits are not too sweet or tart or sweet. Ours averaged about 1 pound, with many being around 12 ounces. Perfect blend of complimentary flavors too. The is a very good tomato that I am definitely growing again. Solid, solid tomato! 85 days! -
How I wish I had grown more Longhorn tomato plants in 2021! These were sooo good! I am not sure what happened and how I only ended up with two plants, but I never grow two plants of anything! Nonetheless, I am happy that I experienced this delicious dark colored oxheart. Our plants were between 5 and 6 feet tall. Leaves were wispy but not excessively and plants produced plenty, though not prolific. Taste is well balanced, a bit earthy and satisfying. I especially love the texture of this tomato, just a smooth finish. Fruit size between 6 and 12 ounces. This is a perfect sandwich tomato. I didn't do anything else with it but I suspect it will make some good sauce. Without a doubt I will be growing this one in 2022. -

Growing to only about 3 inches, Baby micro dwarf tomato is perhaps the smallest plant of all the micro dwarf varieties. But don't let the tiny plant size lull you to sleep. This is a very willing producer of pretty red cherry tomatoes. Fruits are tangy, juicy and mildly sweet. They keep very well after harvest. Grows perfectly in half gallon containers. In my opinion, there is no advantage to using a larger container. Great in salads and eaten of of the plant. -
When it comes to production, Blondkopfchen tomato is in a league of it's own. This multiflora should be on everyone's annual list. 5 foot tall vines produce bunches of up to 50 yellow cherries. That's not all! These babies taste great. They are sweet, slightly fruity and have a little tang. My German friend told me that the name mean little blond girl! These love drought and mine have produced through anything!! Perfect for snacking. slicing in half and drying and salads. Kids love them! -
0-Days. Nairobi Nights tomato seeds were sent to me by my African friend. This is a very rich, balanced and delicious tomato that everyone should grow. For me, this is a complete tomato and it will always have a regular spot in my garden. There is some similarities to Black Trim, which is a good tomato, but I feel that Nairobi Nights is a far superior fruit. It seems to love hotter weather and just flourishes during the height of the season here. Add this one to your rotation of black tomatoes. -
Dragon's Eye Tomato
Dragon's Eye tomato is a huge favorite here on our farm. I am really passionate about this variety. It's beautiful, tasty with rich fruitiness, juicy, sweet and produce in high numbers! Fruits are oblate and average 3-6 ounces. This is a perfect variety for salads, garnishing, dehydrating and definitely salsa! A farmer's market favorite for us! I especially like it's silliness to produce, especially in longer periods of extreme heat and drought. Its vines are very hardy and have always shown great resistance to diseases, especially early and late blight. Stale well and get ready for a tomato lover's treat. We grew some really great varieties in 2017. Among the best, was Lucky Cross Tomato. Believe me when I tell you that this is a big, fine, bi-color tomato! Large sweet beefsteaks are marbled with red and yellow streaks, inside and out. Fruits can be as large as 1.5 pounds. Vines have potato leaves and are about 6-7 feet tall. You can expect your first ripened fruits about 85 days after transplant. A very unique fruit that has nice and firmer texture. Production is good. This may be a nice selection for market sales. Stake well and get ready!! -
Mayo's Delight Tomato
80-85 Days. Mayo's Delight tomato really impressed me in 2017. It has certainly made it's way in my regular grow list. This multi-purpose red oxheart is very impressive. Weighty fruits average about one pound, but can be larger. I especially love its rich sweet taste, and intense flavorful juice. Makes great pasta sauce. Serves well as a sandwich tomato too! Vines have good disease resistance and will produce until frost. This is a really, really good tomato! Try it! right off the vine. -
If you like delicious red tomatoes, then Sugar Bison tomato is one for you to consider. Each year I keep a mental and written record of tomatoes that I've really enjoyed. For Sugar Bison, I never had to consult my written record because it was outstanding in my mind. 10-16 ounce beefsteaks are perfectly balanced, with good old time tomato flavors. this one fits perfectly on a tomato sandwich. Vines are taller and hardy. They produce a nice amount of fruits that begin to ripen around 82 days after transplant. A good market/main crop variety. I recommend this one! -

Tigerella is a mild, red and yellow tomato that is early and prolific. Its vines are no taller than 6 feet and work hard to ensure timely crops. I have found that these are not affected very much by our prolonged, hot summers here in Indiana. These are perfect salad tomatoes and great for making really tasty tomato juice. Eat some in the garden too....you'll like it! 70 to 75 Days. -
Copper River Tomato
Copper River is a beautiful bi-color tomato that is splashed with greens and purples. When sliced, there is noting like the color experience that it presents! Monkey Ass is a delicious, high producing oxheart variety with excellent taste. This tomato will never let you down! Fruits are about 6-10 ounces, very meaty and have few seeds. A perfect sandwich tomato, Monkey's Ass tomato also makes killer sauce that's sweet and milder. Vines are super hardy even in the worst growing conditions and will produce though 90 degree weather or extended periods of damp and rain. These have proven to to be a winner for us. 75 Days. Berkley Tie Dye Pink tomato has totally different characteristics from its green sister. Nice sized bi-color fruits can reach 10-12 ounces. Vines are great with diseases and determined to produce. Tomatoes are flavorful, milder and juicy. Perfect for salsas, sandwiches, garnish, market sales and sauces and more. -
Silver Fir Tree is a dwarf Russian variety. Pants are perhaps 2.5 feet tall and productive. They bear lots of 3 inch round, red tomatoes that are mild and juicy. This is an extremely early variety. Ours usually ripen around 65 days after transplant. Great variety for growing in containers. Staking is needed!
