• Yellow Dragon Tomato

    $2.50$3.50
We grew out yellow dragon tomato for the first time in 2018. It was a  pleasing experience. 5 feet tall plants produced prolifically and were still doing so at season's end. They produced 3-5 ounce, pale yellow fruits with top side, dark antho, that sometimes streaked down to their bottom ends. Fruits were mild and juicy with some fruity and sweet undertones. They definitely were head-turners in the garden and at farmer's market too. Our first fruits began to ripen about 76 days after being transplanted in the garden. Perfect for salads, platters/garnish, tomato juice, snacking and fresh salsa and market sales! A solid choice for your garden!
  • Dwarf Round Robin Tomato

Just when you thought that you've seen it all, here comes Dwarf Round Robin tomato! This real cutie is also very tasty. Round Robin has some of the same colorings of Dwarf Audrey's Love. Both are beautiful! Plants are short, perfect for container growing and early. Ours started ripening fruits about 72 days from transplant. No signs of diseases were ever seen on these! Taste is sweet and fruity, very rich taste on these! Tree-like plants are about 2.5 feet tall and will keep pumping them out for you! Try these!!

  • Taste Tomato

    $2.50$3.50
Taste tomato is another winner by Fred Hempel of Artisan Seeds. Seriously, he is a top class breeder and I really respect that. I have grown mostly everything that he has created and they all have been excellent. Taste is a very beautiful red and yellow bicolor fruit that is elongated. It reminds me of Striped Roman, but with better overall taste. This is an excellent choice for any serious tomato grower. Vines are packed loaded with fruits and are also reasonably early. Our first ripened fruits came in around 65 days . Vines are aggressive producers. Try these for sauces, fresh eating, sliced in salads and drying. Great market choice too! See It On YouTube.
  • Cosmic Eclipse Tomato

    $2.50$3.50
Cosmic Eclipse tomato is an average to larger sized cherry variety.  It's also in the antho family. I wasn't sure what I would get when I grew these out, but I was game! Our vines produced prolifically and never really stopped until the weather got cooler at nights. Plants also showed good disease resistance, especially to early and late blight. Cosmic Eclipse is great for canning, salads, fresh eating, garnishing and so much more. It truly is an all purposed variety. Our market sales did well with these also. It's taste was also good for an antho. Will grow again! See it on YouTube!
  • Fish Pepper Seeds

    $2.75$4.00

    Fish Pepper

Being a Caribbean man, I really appreciate this pepper. Its heat is perfect for cooking some of my favorite dishes. I love to use them in my stews and soups. Fish pepper is an old African American heirloom that predates 1870. Plants have variegated white and green leaves. Peppers also display a similar multi-colored pigment, then turn bright red when ripened. The Scoville scale measures them at 5,000–30,000 SHU, which is hotter than a Jalapeño but still perfect for cooking delicious meals! Our 2 foot tall plants are always prolific and hardy, producing in any weather. These are great for pickling, making flakes, powder and more!
  • Baby Aji Amarillo Pepper

One of my favorite peppers in 2020. Baby Aji Amarillo is a very tasty pepper with medium heat! Productive, short plants produce what seems like hundreds of 2 inch long, canary yellow fruits that are perfect for cooking, drying and fresh salsa. Ours were started ripening around the end of July. We planted them in early May. Make some great tomato powder and flakes too. Really nice flavor and not overwhelmingly hot! Try bring up a few, green or ripened. Nice!
  • Brandywine Cherry Tomato is a high producing variety that totally caught me by surprise. Vibrant and recognizable potato leafed plants have deep green foliage and skinny, tall vines. They produced so many fruits that I just stopped harvesting them after a while. I just couldn't keep up with these. Between this variety, Porter (Charles Herring)  and Piennolo Del Vesuvio, I just didn't have time to harvest anything else. They were all so prolific! Additionally, they taste very good. Large sized cherries are perfect for snacking, cooking, salads and more. Flavor is complete and balanced. A very pleasing experience with Brandywine Cherry. Nice multi-purposed variety. Definitely worth growing!
  • 85-90 Days. One of my favorite beefsteaks in 2017, I intend to grow these each year from now on. Orange Kentucky Beefsteak tomato is the ultimate orange variety. Huge, deep yellow/orange fruits are definitely head turners. They quickly weigh their vines down and need to be staked early. Our biggest fruits were closer to 2 pounds. Perfect for sandwiches, this tasty beefsteak can be used for many things. It's also a great tomato for market sales. Vines are tall and produce plenty of big tomatoes!
  • Blush 2.0 Tomato

    $2.50$3.50

    Blush 2.0 Tomato

Seeking a fantastic tomato experience? Try Blush 2.0 tomato by Fred Hempel. It has the same fantastic taste as Blush, but for me, these had a little bit more tartness. Still, it delivered a wonderful experience just as its predecessor.  I found that plants were shorter than Blush, yet they produced tremendous amounts of 2 inch elongate fruits.  I think the biggest improvement is that they tend to split less.  If you love tomato preserves, Blush 2.0 will easily fill that role. Salads too! These may grow welly well in larger containers. Stake well as vines are wispy and skinny! If you are tired of being let down by your tomato choices, this is a great way to turn things around!

Like its potato leaf sister KBX tomato, Kellogg's Breakfast tomato just as good. Slightly less productive than KBX, Kellogg's Breakfast is still the more popular of the two. Italo tomato is a huge oxheart that can reach 3.5 pounds. I have heard stories that some growers have harvested 5 pounders. I will have to see that to believe it! These averaged 2 pounds and got smaller as the season wound down. At the height of the season we were harvesting 2 pounders all day long! Italo is meaty, sweet, weighty and solid. Fine tomato taste. Ripens red. Plants are not necessarily tall, perhaps 4-5 feet but produce a good amount of fruits. These held up great against diseases! Hooked On Cherry is a sweet black fruit that is great for salads, snacking, preserves, market sales and so much more. Crack free fruits are stunningly beautiful and inviting. Seeds were first given to me by Bill Jeffers of Evansville Indiana and they seemed to be unstable. After growing it out for several years, it now is very stable! Its original name was T-Black Cherry, but Bill explained to me that that name was used from one of its parents. Given the permission to change its name, I have decided to call it Hooked On Cherry. You would love this fruit! So sweet and juicy, prolific plants, excellent disease resistance! So much upside! I am truly hooked! You'll be too!

Aji Guyana Pepper is a very flavorful pepper that originates in Guyana, a southern island in the Caribbean. Being from the Caribbean myself, I am totally familiar with this pepper and have used it many, many times before. I make flakes, cook with, and dry these for making powder. Sometimes I just nibble on them from one end to the other while I am eating my meal. I can handle some heat, though! Very flavorful and not necessarily too hot!  Very beautiful. Shorter plants that are prolific! Scoville Heat Units: 1,177 – 75,000 SHU (or hotter)
