    Giant Belgium tomato is a favorite of mine. Even though we grow hundreds or varieties each year, I do have a go-to list when I want certainty. Giant Belgium is one of them. Some others such as Uncle E, Dester, Curtis Cheek and Gold Medal are also included. Giant Belgium is all meat, which makes it perfect for sandwiches. Our biggest fruits were about 1.4 lbs but they do get bigger. The seeds which we offer are always form the best specimen. Plants are vibrant! They start ripening their fruits about 85 days after transplant. Stake well and get ready!

    Domingo Tomato

    Domingo tomato is a fat, unapologetic beefsteak with fantastic taste. Fruits can reach 2.5 pounds but average 1.5. Sweeter, meaty, old fashioned taste will suck you in and keep you wanting more. Perfect for sandwiches and so much more. Production is good for such a large variety, but not prolific. Pink fruits begin to ripen about 85 days after transplant. Our plants had good resistance to early and late blight. These will benefit from early staking and deep watering every once in a while. Great looking, crack free fruits! You will need to find your slice of bread under these. They are huge! A keeper for me!

    Thunder Mountain Longhorn Pepper

    Planted these and basically walked away! I returned to the longest, curly, most beautiful and unique things that can possibly grow on a pepper plant. Many were over 1 foot long. Short plants are highly productive! These ripen red and can easily be dried with seeds inside. Very nice flavor and not too hot for true chili lovers. Perfect for flakes, cooking fresh, powder and so much more. Thunder Mountain Longhorn pepper is a must grow, all purpose pepper! Approximately 30,000-40,000 SHU.

    90 Days. Michael's Portuguese Monster tomato is one of the most consistently huge tomato that we have ever grown. So many of them approach the 2 pound mark, even when the season is winding down. Pink slicers are on the sweet side, delicious and full flavored.
  • Negrillo de Almoguera Tomato

    There is so much I could say about this cultivar. Let me start by saying that it's definitely worth growing. If you love black varieties or even if you have never tried them before, Negrillo de Almoguera tomato is a great way to get you hooked or to keep you coming back. Originating in La Mancha  Spain, this very dark variety is beautiful and tasty. Fruits can reach 12-14 ounces but average 8-10. Taste is rich, complex and inviting. Great sandwich tomato with not much evident acidity. Plants produce prolifically and demonstrate good disease resistance. A great choice for market sales too.   • Tuxhorn's Red And Yellow is perhaps the sweetest bi-color that we have grown. Tall vines produce a good quantity of big fruits that can reach 5 pounds. When sliced, a beautiful canvas of reds and yellows complimented with a rich tomatoey aroma easily stimulates the salivary glands. The proof, though, is in the eating! At first bite, there is a sugar rush that pulls you in and renders you hooked. Tuxhorn is mostly sweet and fruity with a good, meaty texture. 85 to 90 days. Stake well.
  • Barry's Crazy Cherry Tomato

    A very high producing multi-flora variety, Barry's Crazy Cherry tomato is a pleaser. 5 feet tall plants produce huge clusters of sweet yellow cherries that are mostly pear shaped. Our clusters averaged more than 50 or more sweet, juicy fruits. These are the perfect snack!! They can also be used for canning whole, salads and much more. If you are a market vendor, it will be worth it to grow these! Indeterminate plants showed excellent disease resistance and produced until frost.   • Big Orange Stripe tomato was among my favorites in 2017. in anticipation I waited to see if these were as good as advertised, they were! In fact, they were better than advertised. Big 1.5 pound fruits are delicately striped with reds. At a first glance, the fruit looks totally yellow, but upon further inspection, vertical skinny red streaks are perfectly placed. There is also some reds on the bottom end. Fruits are very clean, sweet, meaty and juicy. Perfect sandwich tomato. Great also for sauces, garnish and cooking. I love this one!!

    Karma Miracle Tomato

    What a fine tasting variety! KARMA Miracle tomato is another excellent production by Canadian breeder Karen Olivier and Marsha Eisenberg of Plantation Florida. Together, these two dedicated women created the KARMA series. Miracle is perhaps my favorite because its taste is top of the line and it's also super beautiful too. Tall, wispy potato leafed vines, have staying power and produced well in 2020. These began to ripen around 72 days from transplant. They will also do well in northern gardens. Now, back to taste! Some fruitiness, nice balance, complete experience, satisfying. Get ready to harvest a lot of larger sized cherries, all season long! A Winner for sure!
  • Florentine Beauty Tomato

    Florentine Beauty tomato is a really pretty fruit that will turn heads. This medium sized, heavily ribbed variety, ripens to a nice canary yellow. Perfect for sauces, garnish and cooking, this beauty is a winner at the farmers market. It's mild and sweet with not so much juice. Seed count can also low. A perfect selection for those not wanting an acidic tomato. Vines are not tall(perhaps four feet) and begin to ripen their fruits about 85 days after transplant. Ours demonstrates very good disease resistance and willingness to produce in hotter weather. Try some mild yellow tomato sauce with these.     Maiden's Fire Tomato is truly a wonderful tomato. As far as looks, it's a stunner and will definitely turn heads in your garden. But this tomato does not have just looks. It is a very good tasting tomato with delightful balance. 6-14 ounce fruits ripen a beautiful pink and yellow bi-color that actually looks like beautiful flames. Fruits are sweetish with a hint of acidity, but nothing is too much. It's just right! Plants are prolific about 5 feet tall and have shown good disease resistance in our garden. Staking is necessary! You can expect your first ripened tomatoes around the 75 day mark.

    If you are looking for an exciting and new dwarf variety, feel free to start here! Dwarf Catydid tomato is a winner! When we grew these out this year we were excited to find that they were prolific too! Tomatoes are about 6-12 ounces and fruity good! Thick meat make appealing slices that have a very desirable aroma. Our indeterminate plants were leaf dense, about 4 feet tall and produced a nice amount of fruits. We recorded our first ripening tomatoes at 74 days. These are perfect for sandwiches, garnish, market sales, fresh eating and cooking. I also made some really good fried green tomato with some.   • I have been wanting to grow Neves Azorean Red tomato for several years. This year, 2018, I finally grew out 4 plants. What I got was a very special tomato. Neves Azoran Red is not your average red tomato. It could hang with the best of them! I would classify this, first as a sandwich and slicing tomato. But it is a lot more than that. I really love its texture. It has a smooth, rich finish, accompanied by some after-tones that I only describe as pleasing! Neves is a good tomato for market sales and sliced on platter presentation. Hardy vines produce plenty 10-18 ounce fruits!

    Tiny Totem Micro Dwarf Tomato

    Don't let its name fool you.!  To date, Tiny Totem micro dwarf plants actually produce the largest fruits of all the micros. 12-14 inch plants produce nice sized little slicers, far bigger than you would expect plants that size to produce. Fruits are sweet and delicious with few seeds. Not super prolific, these still produce a good amount of fruits that make great snacks. Ours grew well in 6 inch and one gallon sized pots, without much difference in size or production from one size pot to the other. These are bigger than Florida Petite. A joy to grow, especially indoors.

    75 Days. Oaxacan Jewel tomato is one I wish every tomato grower could experience. A truly delicious variety, this yellow and red gem is a great choice. I love everything about Oaxacan. Eight to twelve ounce fruits are so rich and juicy, they remind me of tropical fruits. Vines are about 5-6 feet tall and are very disease resistant. Fruits begin to ripen about 75 days after transplant. Try Oaxacan Jewel if you want to be sure that you have at least one delicious variety!

    Orange Roussollini Tomato is a prolific cherry. Plump fruits begin to ripen orange before turning to a deep red. Mildly sweet, with some tang, this one delivers a very pleasing experience! Plants are super prolific and begin to ripen their fruits about 75 days from transplant. Plants were no taller than 5 feet and did well in hot weather. These are perfect for canning, snacking and salads. A great choice also for market sales. Try these!
  • Costoluto Genovese Tomato

    Costoluto Genovese tomato is the larger sister of Costoluto Florentino. It is beautifully ribbed and shares many of the same characteristics as Fiorentino, except that it may be a bit sweeter in my opinion. Another great sauce tomato, Costoluto Genovese vines are 5 feet tall and produce a big quantity of ribbed fruits. Try drying some, the flavors intensify then! Market sales will excellent with these too!

    Fleur de Regair tomato is another one that I absolute love. Without a doubt, this flattened tomato will perform well for making sandwiches an also in sweet dark spaghetti sauce. Big, dark red, deceptive tomatoes can reach 1.5 pounds and are grown on tall thick vines. These seemed to like hotter weather, which is surprising for a French variety. Fleur de Regair is very rich, sweet and very meaty. Vines have good resistance. Great for market vendors!

    Muddy Mamba tomato is a new one for us in 2017. We will be growing it again, in more quantities in 2018. Beautiful, bi-colored tomatoes, that are copper colored on the bottom end with greenish shoulders, will amaze you with its interior colors. Fruits can weigh 14 ounces on the high-end and perhaps 6 on the low-end, but size has no bearing on this tomato's taste. When sliced, from top to bottom, the most beautiful array of colors reveal themselves. Vines are about 6 feet tall and begin to ripen their fruits 85 to 90 days after transplant. Muddy Mamba tomato plants produce good amount of fruits. It is a full flavored, rich, and evenly textured resulting in a very pleasant experience.     (Asclepias tuberosa) One of the hardiest perennials you could possibly find, Butterfly Milkweed will light up your garden every year. plant it once and watch it come back for many years. My patch is about 11 years old. These grow to about 18-24 inches, have deep orange blooms that are highlighted by their pretty green back-drop foliage. Suitable for mostly any soil these will light up your garden from early June and continue for about 6-8 weeks. Expect plenty of butterflies especially Monarchs. Humming birds do buzz around from time to time too!

    Chinese Pak Choy is absolutely my favorite green. Each year I grow tons of them just for sautee and as micro greens for my salads. Dark green leaves sit on tender white stems that will produce well through Spring and into early Summer. About one month before Fall most Bok Choy farmers start a second crop. Doing so affords a great and timely fall crop! Chinese Pak Choy seeds can be started directly in the garden or transplanted from their starter containers. Also known as Chinese Cabbage, this beautiful green can also be eaten raw.

    Black Sea Man Tomato

    Black Sea Man is one of my favorite black tomatoes. Potato leaf vines are not to tall, perhaps 5 feet, and produce plenty of 8-12 ounce fruits. These are early to ripen coming in around 70 days after transplant. Fruits are very rich and sweeter with a nice juicy balance of tang. Nice full tomato flavor! I really love this tomato!     Elser Farm's Brown Derby Tomato

    One of the most uniquely colored varieties I have ever grown, Elser Farm's Brown Derby Tomato is a sight to behold. Large fruits can approach 12-16 ounces. Ours averaged 8-12. One of the things that I love about this variety is its aroma. I could smell the sliced fruits from a distance away. Taste is rich and earthy, with some sweetness. Texture was good too. Honestly, in 2020 I only had these off the vine. I loved them that way. But I could totally see them being a hit on sandwiches and also on a platter. So beautiful, so good!

    Just like its red sister, Biquinho Pepper Yellow packs super flavor! Very prolific plants produce small, elongated yellow peppers  with tapered ends. These are very fruity, even more so than the red, which is excellent too! Try dehydrating these for flakes, toppings, cooking etc. You will be amazed! Great for canning, pickling and fresh cooking too. Plants are short and produce all season long. Try bringing a few plants in for the winter and sit them on your window sill. Peppers all winter long!     Micro Tom Tomato

    Micro Tom tomato is perhaps the shortest tomato plant around. This variety always surprises me with its growing habit and  production. Growing to about 3 inches tall, this puny thing is quick to bloom and fruit.  You can expect ripened tomatoes about 65 days after transplant. Tomatoes are deep red and tapers a bit on the bottom end. When you taste them, you will get a burst of tang and juice. They are firm and crunchy. These are also excellent keepers that perform admirably in salads. 1/2 to 3/4 gallon containers would work well! They are a lot of fun to grow..

    Abe Lincoln tomato is a variety I have been grown for many years. It's one of my favorites because of its good taste, reliability, clean fruits and disease resistance. When I wand a nice looking and tasty fruit for market sales, this is one that I always turn to. Short plants produce 6-12 ounce fruits that are blemish free and aromatic. These are great slicers, especially for sandwiches and fresh eating. Ripening to a deep red, it has well balanced old fashion tomato taste. You can expect your first ripened fruits between 75 and 80 days. Indeterminate.
