You will never be disappointed if you made sauce or salsa with these. Chuhloma Chukhloma tomatoes were made for these two applications and more! I dried many in the dehydrator and made yellow powder, that was excellent too! 6 foot tall indeterminate vines produce perfectly elongated fruits with green shoulders. Fruits are sweet and meaty with average juice. Expect your first ripened fruits around the 75 day mark. These do well in mist conditions and are determined to produce! Good Disease resistance. Stake well!

Out of stockDwarf Pink Passion tomato reminds me more of a true fruit instead of a tomato. It possesses a personality all of its own and can truly inspire passion! 3 feet tall vines are hardy and produce a good amount of pale pink, aromatic fruits. If you love your tomatoes softer, juicy, fruity, and rich, this tomato will give you that experience. That's not all, sandwiches shine with Pink Passion as their companion. A little mayonnaise, black pepper, salt, olive oil, and perhaps some fresh basil, and your sandwich is good to go. Fruits begin to ripen about 80 days after transplant and plants must be staked. These babies can reach 8 ounces. Surprisingly, Pink Passion tastes great even when not fully ripened.

One of my favorite new varieties in 2018, Scarlett heirloom tomato has found a regular spot in annual rotation. This very memorable tomato is pretty, tasty and multi-purposed. I mainly used it for cooking and sauces. It also performed well when sliced, and on sandwiches, dehydrating and even market sales. .Four to five foot plants produce plenty, bright red, oblate tomatoes that weigh about 6-8 ounces. These are neither mild or loud, not sweet or acidic! Great aroma and a perfect slicer! Try dehydrating some, you may love the results. I recommend this tomato for your garden. Expect your first ripened fruits around 75 days after transplant.

Vineyard Wine Tomato
I was gifted seeds for Vineyard Wine tomato by my friend form NYC. He also gifted me Alfonsi's Big Pink Beefsteak. Not sure what to expect, I planted two plants. What I were rose pink, very beautiful, slightly bigger than golf ball sized fruits that were rich and tasty. I have to admit, these do not taste like wine, but their colors is stunning. Burgurland's Triumph tomato is an early variety that's perfect for canning, sauces, juicing and more. Giant Kalian Tomato
A very pleasing tomato, Giant Kalian tomato took me by surprise this year. Our plants were really vibrant and disease-free. I really loved production also. These produced quite nicely until late in the season. Fruits were between 8 and 16 ounces, pink shinned and very, very good! These even tasted good when not fully ripened. They remind me somewhat of Dester tomato, which, to me is one of the best beefsteaks ever! These are perfect for anything, really! Sandwiches will shine when you use this variety! Give it a shot! -
Norcarlina Pink Tomato was discovered in 1999 at a local farmers market and seeds shared. Some have said that it was a renamed variety but at this time there is uncertainty about that. This large pink beefsteak is a delight. It is mild and sweeter with pink flesh with tempting aroma. Texture is also very good and this one is medium firm when ripened. As far as production, that is very good also, making it a god choice for market vendors, which is where it was discovered in the first place. Plants are about 5-6 feet tall and vibrant. They begin to ripen their fruits about 80 days after being transplanted in their final growing spot. These are perfect sandwich companions with really awesome flavor! The next move is yours!!

Pomodor Pero Gigante Tomato
It really doesn't mater that the tomato is not purple because it's excellent! Purple Dog Creek is a 1 pound slicer that works well for many applications. This well balanced fruit has flavor that will quickly get you hooked! It's not too sweet, acidic, juicy of mild. It's just perfect! Flesh has a really nice, smooth texture. Vines are hardy and seem to love hotter weather! Go for it! -
The prettiest of pink tomatoes, this Chinese slicer is perfect inside and out. Five to six feet tall vines produce 4-6 ounce, very clean tomatoes that would work perfectly for market sales and as a main crop. Plants are especially disease free and are hard workers. Tomatoes have a nice smooth balance but, true to the Chinese varieties that we have grown, are still on the sweet side. This is not a fancy tomato, just a straight up good one!

After promising to grow this variety for each of the last 7 years, I finally grew them out in 2018. What took me so long? Pantano Romanesco tomato is a superb variety in every way. Additionally, it is pretty early. Smooth, oblate, 6-10 fruits ripen to a very nice red that is just head turning. Plants are hardy and not too tall. Surprisingly, this is a very good sauce maker. It's also great for sandwiches. I highly recommend this as a main crop for market vendors. It worked very well for us. Sweetish, juicy and satisfying is how I would describe its taste.

The more I think about Brimmer tomato, the more I appreciate good sandwich tomatoes. I'd be honest! I am a huge tomato sandwich eater, but I also enjoy experiencing tomatoes in so many other ways during the season. So when it comes to tomato sandwiches, each year I look for the best that I possibly can. I also revert some other varieties that I loved from previous years. Brimmer will easily make this list. Sandwiches with these were super good and I filled myself to the brim each time. Nice texture, size and old-time tomato flavor. These are sandwich perfect. Try them!

President Garfield Tomato
A wonderful variety ideal for slicing, sauces cooking and more. 5 foot tall plants produce bright red, slightly ruffled fruits that have a perfect balance of sweets and tart. Kardynal Tomato
Kardynal tomato is a very pleasing oxheart variety. Healthy plants produce a lot of 6-8 ounce oxhearts that are really versatile. They are so good for slicing too! I had two very good sandwiches with these and they were memorable. With very good texture and balance, these are neither sweet nor tart. What comes through for me, is its overall completeness that remains true to most oxhearts. Plants are not too tall. Great disease resistance! Another one that I will grow again! -
I can remember every place in our gardens that I have planted Umberto tomato over the years. And, the one thing that remains constant, is that they do exceptionally well no matter where they are. Tall vines produce pretty clusters of 5 to 7 light-pink tomatoes with really good flavor. They are delicious! Expect your first ripened fruits about 70 to 75 days after transplant. A great selection for market sales.

For us, this variety was one of the hardiest in the garden. They started producing early and ripened their first fruits around 72 days. Plants are about 5-6 feet tall. 80 Days. Moya tomato is a larger, slicer variety that originated in Spain. It's vines are large, vigorous. They produce plenty of really nice sized fruits! Moya reminds me of the good old-time flavored varieties that were rich, delicious and noted for plenty of great complimentary flavors. I have made some great tomato sauce with these. I even made some super stewed tomatoes for canning. We cooked up excellent salsa too! Plants are big and vibrant. They need staking, even as early as at transplant time. Moya is a good selection for market sales because of its good taste, texture and production. Definitely worth growing!

90 Days. Wonder Of The World is a large beefsteak that grows on sturdy 5 feet tall plants. Huge oblate fruits are a bit late to ripen but it's totally worth the wait. These pink beauties can easily reach 2 pounds. Most of ours have been around 1.5. It's a sweet variety with lots of meat and juice. This is another one that I am fond of.

Ponderosa Beefsteak Tomato
Ponderosa Beefsteak is a prolific producer of 6 to 10 ounce fruits that can be used for many things. Vines are about 4.5 to 5 feet tall and begin to ripen their fruits about 75 days after transplant. Once fruits begin coming on, there will be many pounds per plant. Please stake well and harvest in a timely manner so that other fruits can begin to ripen.
