Six foot tall vigorous vines are high producing and and relentless. Tomatoes are 10 to 20 ounces and have "do anything with me" written all over their faces! Really good beefsteaks are perfect sandwich makers. Make some really good yellow stewed tomatoes too. I have made some fantastic dried tomato powder with these. Excellent stuff!

Dirty Curty Tomato
I was sent seeds for this tomato by my breeder friend from Europe. He said I could name it whatever I wanted to. When I grew it out it turned out to be it turned out to be a anthocyanin variety. Mild with sweet intonations, it is a very pleasant tomato that I will definitely grow again. With streaky dark tops that faded into blotches and blended into a light pink, sealed the deal for me. I called it Dirty Curty. Welcome! -
Dice's Mystery Black Tomato
Dice's Mystery Black tomato is a sweeter black variety with low acidity. It is said that a stray plant grew out of a pack of seeds of another variety. Regular leafed plants are high producers of 5-8 ounce fruits. You can expect your fruits around Mid-season. -
Dester Tomato
85 Days. Dester has been in my top 5 beefsteaks for many years. Everything about this tomato is excellent! Huge pink beefsteaks beg to be eaten. Vines are 6 feet tall and produce plenty of 16 to 24 ounce fruits. When you bite into a Dester tomato you would find that it's no ordinary fruit. It has super rich , full flavors that are very desirable. grow this one if you want a fantastic beefsteak! -
If beauty, taste and production is what you love in your tomatoes, then Desdemona's Heart tomato might satisfy tour desires. Similar to Orange Russian 117, this oxheart variety is certainly worth growing. vines produce plenty 4-10 ounce beefsteaks that are mostly yellow inside, with some pink/red marbling. Fruits are sweet, meaty, have great texture and some underlying fruitiness. You can expect your first ripened tomatoes around the 80 day mark. Proper staking can certainly help. Perfect variety for sandwiches, sauces, market sales, fresh eating, cooking and garnishing. Truthfully, you can do anything with Desdemona's Heart! Vines have shown good disease resistance in our gardens.

Des Andes Yellow tomato is a very special one. These were sent to me by my Spanish friend. She promised me that it was a great tomato, and it was! Sweet, meaty and satisfying, I absolutely love these for sauces and dehydrating. They are super good eating right off the vine too. Try some in your salsa or cook them down into some super tomato stew. We Are The Original US Sellers!

very Chinese tomato variety that I have grown, hangs on the sweet side. The same applies to this one. It's juicy and sweet with a late kick back of some kind of fruit. This is a very good tomato that is totally worth growing. Disease free vines are loaded and carry on through the summer and until frost. These are sold only here at Renaissance Farms.

In 2018 we grew Demidov Dwarf tomato for the first time, and were pleased with it's growing habit and taste. Personally, I wasn't sure if it had a special purpose, or if it was just a general purpose tomato. So I put it to the test. As it turns out, it worked well for sauces and sandwiches. Also, it was a very good snacking tomato. Demidov is a blunt heart that has a sweetish taste but veers towards the mild side. Ours cooked down into some really thick, flavorful sauce, without any additions. When it was seasoned, WOW! Short plants are like trees. Production is good. Grow these in containers too!

I grew Delta Dwarf tomato for the first time in 2018 and it took me by surprise. For one thing, my plants did not look anything like I thought they would. They were very vibrant and sprawling. They never crossed 4 feet tall, but were very bushy! When they started ripening and I started snacking, I had another surprise. Bi-colored fruits were very tasty, with great balance and perfect for snacking. Their interiors, when fully ripened, were marbled and very aromatic. Plants kept producing all season long. They were about the last to show any signs of fading in our garden. Delta Dwarf is certainly one that I will grow each year. These are perfect for snacking, delicious fresh salsa, dehydrating, cooking, garnishing and more. Try them!

Delicious Hunt Strain Tomato
Delicious (Hunt Strain) tomato is a beefsteak lover's dream. This tomato is so large, meaty and good that you would need nothing more if these were the only beefsteaks you grew. Strong, disease resistant vines, produce plenty of huge beefsteaks that often cross 2 pounds. I have been saving seeds only from the biggest and everything is over 2 pounds. These are the same seeds that I offer on our website. Fruits are balanced and full flavored. Just the best! Check out our images. Do with these whatever you want!! PS: I have a difficult time selling these at the market because they are so large. They sell better towards the end of the season when they are smaller and around 1 pound. -

Delice De Neuilly Tomato
Whether you have grown micro dwarfs before or not, Delice De Neuilly micro dwarf tomato is a very good choice for growing indoors or out. Sturdy, 6 -10 inch plants, will do excellently in 3/4 - 1 gallon containers. For me, these were a joy to grow. Production is very good and taste is on the acidic side and refreshing. Nice and crunchy! Very good keepers and salad tomatoes! This variety begins to ripen around 65 days from transplant! -
Out of stock75 Days. When you grow as many tomatoes as we do, you can often run across good tomatoes that are hardly ever mentioned. Djena Lee's Golden Girl tomato is, in my opinion, is one of them. I truly hope that more people will grow these in the future. Fruits are large, yellow cherries that grow on 5 feet tall, loaded vines. These are mostly sweet and fruity. Great for jams and jellies, fresh eating, salads and dehydrating. Perfect when snacked on, right off the vine!

Wrinkles and bumps are always a sign that a pepper is HOT! Well, Death Spiral is one of the hottest. This 2.5 inch long pepper is nothing to play with. If your pepper tolerance is moderate or low, this one is not for you. Despite is hotness, Death Spiral has nice flavor of what almost seems tropical. I couldn't quite place my finger on it, but that twist sure added some nice color to its already undeniable pull! In fact I used it to make some really great hot sauce this summer. It was the base for the many gallons that I made for my personal use. I love my sauces extremely hot, so this fireball was a gift for me. I also dehydrated many and made pepper flakes and powder.

72 Days. I grew these out in 2016 and again in 2017. They were consistent and great looking fruits. Honestly, I snacked on these so much that I totally did not save enough seeds. Date Fruit Tomato
Date Fruit tomato is a wonderful find for us this year. This wonder firm cherry variety makes a great keeper. Semi Determinate plants produce massive amounts of sweet yellow cherries. Our tersely each had 10-20 fruits on them. These plants never stop going, producing fruits that had long keeping life after harvest. Date fruit is a salad lover's dream. Sliced or used whole in salads, the perk up everything. If you are a market vendor, this is perfect. Short plants are so productive that you will have a hard time harvesting them all, I did. Perfect also for canning, dehydrating or just snacking in the garden. I ate a lot while working. A must try! -
Dark Tiger tomato is a visually appealing, antho variety. I especially like it because if it's good flavor, which is very low on the "antho taste". These are meaty, sweet, earthy and have nice balance too. I could see these doing well in containers. Fruits are pretty have turned lots of heads in our garden. Expect first ripened fruits about 75 days after transplant. This is a good choice for salads, fresh eating, garnishing, cooking, fresh salsa and even market sales. Fruits are medium-firm. Planting in full sun can definitely enhance the colors of your fruits. Certainly worth growing!!

Dark Stripe Sweetheart Tomato
A beautifully bi-colored fruit, Dark Stripe Sweetheart tomato is packed with excellent flavor. This rich, sweet and complexed tasting fruit, is a great snacker! Our prolific potato leafed plants produced 4-6 ounce tomatoes that were a pleasure to see and eat. Vines were about 6 feet tall and produced bunches of 5-7. When fully ripened, these are purple with green striping. I also love it's aroma. Even thought Dark Stripe Sweetheart is on the smaller side, it is perfect for sandwiches. It would be a great choice for market sales, garnish, cooking and tons more. You can't go wrong with this one! -

Dark Stripe Micro Tomato
Introduced by Renaissance Farms in October 2020. Limited Supply!Dark Stripe Micro Tomato ( Limited to 1 order per customer)
Introducing.. Dark Stripe Micro tomato! It's the only true dwarf multi-flora that I know of. There are several dwarf varieties that claim to be multiflora but don't quite produce abundantly, or have the habit. Seeds for these were shared with me several years ago, unstable and at F3. I have worked on it, selecting mostly for its multiflora qualities, plant size and taste. It's now very stable! Not only that, this tomato is a beautifully bi-colored variety. Although it's called a micro, it has the habit of a true dwarf. Rugose leafed, tree-like plants, can reach 2 feet tall in-the-ground, and up to 1.5 in 2-3 gallon pots. Also, this is an indeterminate variety! These plants produce many bunches of 40-60 fruits all on a very short plant, all season long. These do not produce many seeds. Many of my plants have produced over 250 tomatoes. I also like that it's not too seedy! We will be offering our seeds a little above our average prices due to low seed count and it's rarity.. At this time (2020-2021) we are the only vendor in the world to offer these! Taste is awesome, rich, sweet and balanced. You would love this tomato! Great for containers or in the ground! LIMITED SUPPLY! (1 order per customer) -
Dark Queen is a purple bi-color tomato that can reach 10 ounces. I especially like its rich and complexed taste. Its vines are not too tall, perhaps 5 feet, and produce a later crop of really good slicers. Fruits begin to ripen about 85 days after transplant and go all the way till frost. Our vines are usually disease free. This is a great slicer that works well on sandwiches and interesting dark tomato stewed tomato. Freshly packed Seeds!

Dark Galaxy Tomato
75 Days. Dark Galaxy is a unique, mottled tomato, that looks like something from another planet. Meanwhile, here on earth it is a good tomato. I was very skeptical when I first grew these so I only grew two plants. Fruits were nice sweeter and earthy so I grew them again the following year. These will turn heads, in the garden or market. Perfect for garnish, sliced up in salads and for fresh eating. A huge hit at our farmers market. Chefs are especially interested in them! -
Out of stockFull flavored, old fashioned and complete is how I would describe Daniels tomato. Large fruits can weigh up to 2 pounds but are more often between 14 and 24 ounces. These have very good texture and are perfect for sandwiches. Potato leafed plants are about 5 feet or taller and produce plenty of smooth pink fruits. Good disease resistance and dependable variety that would be a hit at your farmers market. If you are looking for a really good sandwich tomato, here it is! Add it to your list.

Without a doubt, Daniel Burson tomato was a huge hit for us in 2021. This tomato totally surprised me. Production, production, production. In fact it was one of the last remaining in the garden. This cross between Indian Stripe and Daniels happened in the garden of Mr. Bill Jeffers of Evansville Indiana. Our plants were potato leafed and excessively hardy and produced large oblate fruits. Taste is rich and superb! Texture is outstanding! Our plants were about 5 feet tall. If you are looking for a really nice black tomato. Here you go!

Another winner for us in 2017, Dad's Sunset tomato is going to be a staple for us from now on. 3 to 6 ounce, deep yellow, clean fruits, are sweet, juicy and slightly fruity. Vines are around 6 feet tall and prolific. I was totally surprised by these! If you like yellow tomatoes that have high flavor but low acidity, here is one for you. Great slicer for sandwiches, sauces, salsa and as garnish. Please try them straight from the vine. Great ,market tomato too!

D'Espelette Pepper
A highly desirable cultivar, d'Espelette pepper is a French variety, grown in the commune of Espelette. My first experience with these was in 2018, but I just grew one plant. I totally loved them and promised to grow them again. I grew them again this year(2020). This pepper is also known as Piment d'Espelette, but since it is classified AOC, it can only be referred to by that name if grown in Espelette. With that said, my favorite use for this pepper was cooking. I did dry some for powder but haven't used it yet. High, outstanding flavor and easy to work with. Shorter, productive plants that are hardy and tolerated heat pretty well! Nice addition if you like low heat and high flavor in your peppers -
D.B. Cooper Tomato
A Millard Murdock tomato, D.B. Cooper tomato is a cross between Marianna's Peace tomato, (one of my favorites) and an unknown black variety. Flattened beefsteak fruits can reach one pound and are generally in the 12-16 ounce range. Expect slight ribbing with slightly green shoulders. Rich and satisfying flavor with some smoky undertones. Try these!! -
70 Days. Czech's Bush tomato is a rugose, regular leaf, dwarf variety, that is loaded with ping pong ball sized cherry tomatoes. Foliage loaded plants are no taller than 2.5 feet and are early to ripen fruits. Tomatoes are milder and have a rich tomato flavor. These are great for salads and fresh eating. Also good for slicing and drying. Great for containers too!
