    Big meaty beefsteaks on tall vibrant vines are what you will get with Tom's Wonder tomato. These are a little late, coming in at 85 days. But if you can wait, you will be well rewarded. Production is also good, so you will have plenty for your sandwiches, yellow sauce, salsas and more! Our plants demonstrated good disease resistance. They were hardy, thick seemed and bushy. Fruits can weigh upwards of one pound. Our biggest was 1.2 pounds (18 ounces) but most averaged around 14 ounces. Stake well for best results. Tom's look great on a sliced platter.   • If you are seeking a perfect container variety that will produce bigger crops, Dwarf Lime Green Salad  tomato is a great choice. They are perfect for salsa, salads, cooking and canning. Don't forget to eat some right off the vine too! Lime Green Salad plants are rugose leafed and about 2.5 feet tall when mature. They produce big crops of 2.3 inch oblate fruits that are mostly green with a yellowish tint, when ripened. They have great disease resistance and are always determined to produce. Excellent choice for container and ground growing. Plant these 2 feet apart in your garden!
  • Tapacheko 2 Tomato

    Get your canning jars ready! Pull out your sauce pans! We're about to get busy. Tapacheko 2 is a sauce and canning specialist that would perform very well as a paste tomato also. Its in the vein of San Marzano. Slightly juicier and larger. It is a determinant variety and its loaded vines do not grow perhaps more than 2.5 feet tall. It was surprisingly late for us coming in at about 90 days but it was totally worth it! Even though it is a short growing plant, it does need staking because it is a high yielding plant. Make yourself some of the best sauce ever.
  • Big Yellow Zebra Tomato

    Big Yellow Zebra tomato is a bigger bi-color fruit that has great flavor. Weighing about 10-20 ounces this pretty beefsteak grows on taller vines that produce plenty of fruits. If you love sweeter but not too strong tomatoes, this would work well for you. This tomato has a rich finish and plenty of real tomato taste. Fruits begin to ripen around the 80 day mark. Perfect for sandwiches, nice yellow sauce, cooking and market sales. Stake well!
  • Hangjiao 7 Super Nova Pepper

    Also known as Space Pepper, Super Nova Pepper has somewhat of an interesting story. In 1987 a Chinese scientist, Jiang Xingcun,  discovered that sending seeds to satellites in space for a while created greater chances for mutations. These variations manifested themselves in  the forms of  bigger fruit sizes, yields and much increased nutritional values. This this pepper is as a result of one of his experiments. Measuring about 5000 SHU, Super Nova pepper is just about as hot as a Jalapeno. This makes it a medium heat variety. Great for drying, cooking, flakes and powders. Very nice for seasoning and cooking. 2.5 feet tall plants.
  • (Torch) Mexican Sunflower  is a fiery orange variety that booms heavily from early summer to fall. This annual works excellently as a cut flower and as a be, butterfly and humming bird attractor. Plants can reach 6 feet tall with several off-shot branches, each loaded with beautiful blooms. These light up the garden wherever they are planted. Full sun is its preference but will do ok in part shade. Beautiful green foliage and distinct growing habit. Every flower garden should have some!
  • Aunt Eula's Rockhouse Yellow Tomato is a larger yellow variety with milder and sweet taste. These are great for anyone not liking too much acid in their tomatoes. A few of our fruits exceeded the 1 pound mark, but most were between 8 and 14 ounces. These make prefect sandwich companions and not too many seeds. If you like your tomatoes big yellow and sweeter, you may find this one appealing. 82 days to first ripened fruits. Indeterminate, productive vines produces until season's end.

    Early Pak Tomato

    A determinate variety, Early Pack tomato is the perfect early variety. Smaller slicing tomatoes have good flavor and nice texture. Plants are prolific and very hardy. In 2019 ours were planted in low laying ground and were flooded for 3 weeks, yet they pulled through while other varieties crumbled. Bright red, 3-4 ounce fruits have nice balance, are on the tart side and are really good on a sandwich. I haven't tried these any other way than on sandwiches and eating off the vine.     Zebra Ezel Tomato

    Looking for a really pretty and tasty tomato for garnish, sauces, market sales and more? Zebra Ezel tomato will definitely work. This delicious variety will turn heads every time in your garden. It will also be a great conversation starter. Very prolific plants are hardy and  produce bunches of about 4-5 fruits, that begin to ripen about 75 days after transplant.  When ripened, bi-colored fruits are blends of green with light streaks of orange. Plants are tall so early and effective staking would help. Zebra Ezel has an earthy taste that is complex. It veers on the mild side, but not too much. Just the rich amount of tartness.   • King Kong Tomato

    A delightful oxheart is how I would describe King Kong tomato. Pretty, red oxheart fruits are borne on wispy leaved plants that can reach 6 feet tall. Fruits are on the sweet side, have tons of meat, a bit fruity, have old fashioned appeal and are clean with few cracks. Our vines were prolific, producing many bunches of 5-7 fruits that averaged 4-12 ounces. Plants kept producing all season long! In fact, they were some of the last do wither! This a great sandwich and sauce tomato. Also good for market sales if you are a tomato vendor. Eat many off the vine, Yumm!

    Here is another fantastic variety from Fred Hempel. Yellow Taste tomato is a salad lover's dream. Like many of Fred's creations, Yellow Taste vines are not too tall, vibrant and prolific. Ours were about 4 feet. They produced 1-2 inch, elongated fruits, that were sweet, fruity and satisfying, all season long. Additionally, they performed very well in hotter, extended drought periods. The highlight for us was at the market, where they attracted many return customers week after week. These are perfect for salads, snacking, garnishing, cooking and more. Try dehydrating some, then you could experience the true intensity of this worthwhile little plum shaped fruit!
  • Mother’s Love Tomato

    Mother's Love is easily one of the top ten tomatoes that I grew in 2017. This tomato has everything that you hope for in a good tomato. Fruits ripen in about 85 days and can be up to 1.5 pounds. Most are around the 1 pound mark. Mother's Love tomato reminds me of Dester, which to me is one of the better tomatoes that I have ever tasted. That's how good this tomato is. It is meaty, juicy, medium-firm, clean, sweet, and tons more. I just love slicing them for picture taking! Vines are around 6 feet tall and produce from early summer until frost snuffs the life out of them. Until then, they'll produce outstanding fruits that are perfect for sandwiches, sauces, salsas, eating off the vine, and anything you could possibly imagine. They are also one of my favorites for fried green tomatoes. You should not have a garden without these.
  • Chianti Rose Tomato

    Chianti Rose tomato is a very desirable fruit. Big pink beefsteak tomatoes beg to be bitten into. These are dense, juicy, meaty and on the sweeter side. Slices are huge and literally covers the sandwich bread slices!  They are perfect for sandwiches! I especially love the huge tomato aroma that these present. Regular leafed vines are tall and produce good amount of 10-20 ounce fruits, all season long!  They ripen about 85 days after transplant and vines are very good with diseases!

    Now this is one of my absolute favorites! The Dutchman tomato falls in the category of Dester, Mother's Love, and Mellisa The Caucasian Shepherd. That's how good this tomato is! This Beautiful beefsteak has wonderful aroma and good balance, and can be used for literally anything you can possibly think of. Be sure to have at least one BLT with it! 85 Days.
  • A big tomato, a ripened Giant Belgium Yellow tomato is something to see. Our vines are always huge and sprawling. They produce 16-24 ounce, canary yellow fruits that are as tasty as the come. Sweet with plenty meat, it's also juicy and delicious. I don't mean to make it difficult for you to choose, but choose this one! Stake well! 85 Days!
  • 75 Days. This smallish tomato has a very unique coloration. Perfectly striped with green and browns, Black And Brown Boar tomato will light up your salsa and sauces. Its flavor is very up-front, yet not to overwhelming. Sweetness, earthiness, richness and flavorful are all characteristics of this little gem.

    Large Flag American Leek is is noted for its large leaves and stems. Here in the USA, this variety is really cold tolerant and does well in zones 2-11. It has a light/mild onion flavor that works well in cuisines. I have used in soups, salads, seasonings. It's perfect when seasoning meats and fish. It's also commonly called Scotch Flag leek. 15-18 inches tall and non-bulbing.

    Wrinkles and bumps are always a sign that a pepper is HOT! Well, Death Spiral is one of the hottest. This 2.5 inch long pepper is nothing to play with. If your pepper tolerance is moderate or low, this one is not for you. Despite is hotness, Death Spiral has nice flavor of what almost seems tropical. I couldn't quite place my finger on it, but that twist sure added some nice color to its already undeniable pull! In fact I used it to make some really great hot sauce this summer. It was the base for the many gallons that I made for my personal use. I love my sauces extremely hot, so this fireball was a gift for me. I also dehydrated many and made pepper flakes and powder.

    One of my favorite flowers to grow, Chinese Forget Me Not is very delightful. I grow mine as splashes of color, a border or just as stand alone in larger patches.     A really good tomato is how I would describe Dixiwine tomato. This gem has perfect texture and great old fashioned taste and balance! Ours started to ripen about 85 days after transplant but the wait was well worth it. Fruits ripen deep red and have a really nice aroma. Try Dixiwine in your next garden!

    If you have craved a huge, delicious variety that ripens relatively early, check out Big Anna Tomato. I first got these in 2015 and grew them out in 2018.  Unfortunately, I forgot to take images of them.  This year, 2019, I grew them out again for images and also because they were so good! I didn't just grow two plants, I grew five. Honestly, I feel blessed to have been gifted this Awesome family heirloom. Smooth flesh that has nice balance, veers towards the sweet side with healthy hints of acidity. My largest was 2.1 pounds and on the smaller side they are about 12 ounces. On both grow-outs our plants reached about 6 feet tall. They produce plenty but are not super prolific. Recommended! Try them!
  • Scoresby Dwarf Tomato

    Scoresby Dwarf tomato is a 3-6 ounce, pink fruit with a delightful taste. Its vines 3.5 are vigorous and hardy. Ours have never been affected by any disease. Sweet, mild and slightly fruity tomatoes, grow in clusters of about 5. You should expect first blush around the 75 day mark. Be prepared for a really nice harvest! If you are working with limited space, these will do excellently in 5 gallon buckets. Perfect slicer for sandwiches! Great when eaten right off the plant!

    85 Days. Liften Yellow is a sweet bi-color fruit that can approach 1.5 pounds. Most of ours were in the one pound range. Six feet tall vines seem to like sprawling. So early staking can help. Our plants did excellently in the hotter weather, and diseases were never a threat to them. Although it's primarily a sweet tomato, it has nice balance and texture. Perfect for sandwiches, good for bright colored sauces, great for cooking, stews and sweet yellow tomato stews! For chefs, this is a nice choice, as its beautiful exterior and eye-catching interior will light up any meal! Try some!

    75 Days. Striped Cavern is a very capable stuffing tomato that's about the same size as Yellow Stuffer. It is firm enough to withstand a few minutes of oven cooking, yet soft and tasty enough to be used as a stand alone tomato. Bi-color fruits are about 4 inches in diameter and are mildly sweet. insides are hollow enough to accommodate plenty fillings. Vines are very productive and ripen their fruits around the 75 day mark. Perfect for stuffing with whatever!
