Micro Tina Micro Dwarf Tomato
Micro Tina micro dwarf tomato is a cross between Micro Tom and Sugar tomatoes. Initially, seeds for these were difficult to get and we couldn't secure any. Eventually, my friend Terry from Secret Seed Cartel in France blessed me with a few seeds. This variety is very short. growing. Our tallest plants were about 8 inches. These produce smaller sized cherries that are mild, with a slightly sweet finish. Production is good but not excellent. Great for canning whole, pickling, and snacking fresh. 3/4 -1 gallon containers are perfect! -
KARMA Purple Multiflora Tomato
In 2020 we grew about 130 new varieties. The very first to ripen was KARMA Purple Multiflora tomato. These were closely followed by others in the KARMA series. So what's the KARMA series? It's a line of tomatoes that's a result of a collaborative work done by Karen Olivier of Canada and Marsha Eisenberg of Plantation Florida. Purple Multiflora is a rich, full tasting tomato that is excessively prolific. These are wonderful snacks that kept me eating all summer long. Our plants produced up to 25 per bunch and were always loaded. Easily a 70 day tomato, these will be great too for making tomato preserves. Perfect for market sales, especially earlier. Recommended for northern gardens too! Be one of the first to grow this new line, you'll love it! -

Hardin's Miniature Micro Dwarf Tomato
Unique in its own right, Hardin's Miniature micro dwarf tomato is just a beautiful sight to behold. 10-12 inch plants produce a multiplicity of offshoots that all produce heavily. 1-1.5 inch elongated fruits can be found from the bottom to the top of each plant and begin to ripen around 65 days after transplant. Plants do excellently in 1 gallon containers, bigger containers are not needed or recommended. Hardins will also produce a second but smaller crop if cared for and pruned a little after the first. This is a great keeper tomato for canning, cooking, stews and snacking. Highly recommended! -
Lenny's And Gracie's Kentucky Heirloom Tomato
As I have stated before, 2020 was a year when we grew some of the most wonderful varieties. Lenny's And Gracie's Kentucky Heirloom tomato is one of those. For me, this tomato was unforgettable for more than one reason. First, I was very pleased with the taste. Also, production was excellent! The plants just kept pumping them out! We harvested many, many of these! Plants were very hardy and produced all season long, with minimal signs of diseases. My favorite part was tasting them. These are very inviting! Taste is fruity, mild and sweet with good balance. Canary yellow fruits with pink blushed bottoms, are blemish free and regularly approach one pound. I would say average weight is 12 ounces to 1 pound. So these are nice and big. A really nice choice for sandwiches, slicing, market sales and more. So happy I was introduced to this one! Will be growing again next year! -
Red Lithium Tomato
Wow! Talk about pretty! Red Lithium tomato is a prolific producer of some of the prettiest bi-colored, red with yellow/gold striped tomatoes. A bee cross from Lithium Sunset in Fred Hempel's garden, then stabilized by Marsha Eisenberg in Florida, ours averaged 5 -10 ounces. Plants were about 4-5 feet tall and showed really good disease resistance. These were forward mildly sweet, with good balance and flavorful. Nice texture too! A juicy tomato, they were great snacks in the garden! Get your baskets ready, Red Lithium tomatoes are going to fill them up many times over! Plants will need some staking! Red Lithium tomatoes began ripening around day 76 after transplant. -
Maria Amazileties Giant Red Tomato
Looking for a big, meaty, high producing oxheart variety that can be used for sandwiches, sauces, cooking and more? Try Maria Amazileties Giant Red tomato. This tomato wouldn't let you down! One pound, blunt hearts are meaty and tasty, with top of the line old fashion flavor. Fabulous balance and superb tomato aroma when fully ripened. Plants are high producing for such a large fruit, so please stake them early! These will begin ripening around 8 days from transplant and continue until frost. The perfect all purpose tomato! Kolb Tomato
When I first saw images of Kolb tomato, I thought that they were highly photoshopped. Upon growing them myself, I discovered that they looked just like the pictures. These are some of the prettiest pink tomatoes that I have ever grown. Additionally, they are really good tasting. Large, oblate fruits, are around one pound and often bigger, mildly sweet and well balanced! Really pleasurable experience in a big tomato. Six feet tall plants are good producers too! These are great sandwich tomatoes and can easily be a main crop for market vendors. I really like that they are clean and mostly blemish-free. These wouldn't be mistaken for anything else in your garden, very clean and unique pink. Perfect all purpose variety, but stands out on a tomato sandwich with its old fashioned taste. Get ready for some beauties! -
Buckeye Yellow Tomato
What a wonderful treat in 2020. Buckeye Yellow tomato was one of the standouts in 2020. 8-14 oz fruits are very delicious and inviting. These, here in zone 5, begin ripening to a beautiful canary yellow with a pink blush after 75 days. This one is a definite keeper. Tall indeterminate plants produce prolifically and throughout the season until frost. Our plants remained healthy and did well without much tending to. This, without a doubt, is an excellent main crop variety, market variety and also awesome multi purpose use. Slice some up for a sandwich or just have one off of the vine. You will love it! -
Kozula 136 Tomato
Kozula 136 tomato is always one of the first that comes to my mind when I recall the 2020 season. These took me totally by surprise! Very prolific plants produce up to 20 ounce fruits. These are clean, mostly crack free and a pleasure to grow. When fully ripened, they are the most beautiful bi-color shades of orange and yellows. A real treat for the eyes. But it's their production which is truly the treat. These just keep producing and producing all the way until frost. Perfect variety for plating, garnishing, excellent market choice, sandwich treat and so much more! Flavor profile is sweet and fruity with little tartness! Our plants were about 5.5 feet tall. I love this one and you will too! -

True Colors Tomato
Again, another fascinating bi-colored oxheart from Karen Olivier. Like Midnight Sun, True Colors will blow you away with its taste and beauty. It's almost ironic that this variety is called True Colors when its colors almost seem unreal. Then on the other hand, perhaps that's exactly what Karen planned. These wispy, potato leafed plants, produced 8-14 ounce oxhearts that were always beautiful. Vines were skinny and lanky and would need early staking. Plants produced plenty, though not prolific. I was certainly pleased with production. These were bred by in Canada by Karen and will be suitable for northern gardens. When fully ripened, these are sweeter, sort of fruity and medium mild. Balance and texture are superb! 70-75 days -
Gary'O Sena Tomato
Blessed with outstanding flavor and super production, Gary'O Sena is a beautifully blended combination of Brandywine and Cherokee Purple, its parents. It's actually one of the best black tomatoes that I have tasted in a long time. Ours ripened pretty early too! Its breeder, Keith Mueller, did a wonderful job with this one! Potato leafed plants are huge producers of 6-14 ounce fruits that are clean and blemish-free. Perfect market variety if you are a vendor, and even more perfect for sandwiches! Even I, as a big tomato grower, has found it difficult to think about a lot of better black tomatoes. This is also an outstanding choice for sandwiches or just fresh eating. One of my top choices for 2020. If you haven't grown these, you must! -

Midnight Sun Tomato
Just when you thought you saw it all, Karen Olivier has produced a line of potato leafed oxhearts that will totally blow your mind. There are NO oxhearts, especially potato leafed varieties, that are as beautiful as hers! Midnight Sun tomato is a 5, to perhaps 10 ounce oxheart, that are produced on wispy, potato leafed plants. These, as all of Karen's varieties were bred in Canada, and are all suitable for northern gardens! Plants grew taller than 6 feet and always looked healthy. Staking was absolutely necessary from the very beginning because these are truly wispy vines! Taste is superb and delightful when fully ripened. This one has a rich finish, while having a full tomato experience. I would totally recommend these to chefs, or anyone wanting to plate some very beautiful colors. Van Wert Ohio Tomato
A very useful and delicious variety, Van Wert Ohio tomato is a heavy producer of mid sized red and blemished free fruits. The plants seemed to have held on to every bloom and began to ripen about 75 days after being transplant into the garden. What I really loved about this variety was its disease resistance. It was one of the very best this year. Taste is old fashion, balanced and very pleasing. A very nice all purpose variety for situations such as cooking, sandwiches, slicing, market sales and even sauces. Check these out and try a few plants in your next garden! 5-7 ounces -
Dark Stripe Sweetheart Tomato
A beautifully bi-colored fruit, Dark Stripe Sweetheart tomato is packed with excellent flavor. This rich, sweet and complexed tasting fruit, is a great snacker! Our prolific potato leafed plants produced 4-6 ounce tomatoes that were a pleasure to see and eat. Vines were about 6 feet tall and produced bunches of 5-7. When fully ripened, these are purple with green striping. I also love it's aroma. Even thought Dark Stripe Sweetheart is on the smaller side, it is perfect for sandwiches. It would be a great choice for market sales, garnish, cooking and tons more. You can't go wrong with this one! -
Olive Hill Tomato
Olive Hill Tomato is a deep pink, large beefsteak with excellent flavor. Originating in Kentucky USA, most of our fruits were in the one pound (16 ounce) range. Potato leafed plants are around 6 feet tall and produce a plenty. These will need extra support. Flavor is old fashioned, rich and balanced. Clean, blemished free fruits! A great choice to do whatever you wish. I had a couple of these in the garden, excellent! Made many sandwiches with these too, always great! Another one that I will grow again in 2021. -
PPP X PP"C" Tomato
PPP X PP"C" tomato is a mid-sized, wonderful black variety that averages 10 ounces. Flavor is very rich, with complex balanced taste of sweet and tart. A full flavored variety, you will like this one! Potato leafed plants produce a good amount of fruits, which, when transplanted in early May, begin to ripen in mid July. So it's about a 80 day fruition from transplant. Plants are about 6 feet tall and vibrant. I would say that this tomato is one of the better black varieties I have experienced in many years! I accidentally planted twice as many plants in 2020 and did not regret it. These plants produced so many tomatoes I could share a lot! Good disease resistance and they mind heat! Aroma is fantastic! Everyone should grow some of these! -

Dark Stripe Micro Tomato

Introducing.. Dark Stripe Micro tomato! It's the only true dwarf multi-flora that I know of. There are several dwarf varieties that claim to be multiflora but don't quite produce abundantly, or have the habit. Seeds for these were shared with me several years ago, unstable and at F3. I have worked on it, selecting mostly for its multiflora qualities, plant size and taste. It's now very stable! Not only that, this tomato is a beautifully bi-colored variety. Although it's called a micro, it has the habit of a true dwarf. Rugose leafed, tree-like plants, can reach 2 feet tall in-the-ground, and up to 1.5 in 2-3 gallon pots. Also, this is an indeterminate variety! These plants produce many bunches of 40-60 fruits all on a very short plant, all season long. These do not produce many seeds. Many of my plants have produced over 250 tomatoes. I also like that it's not too seedy! We will be offering our seeds a little above our average prices due to low seed count and it's rarity.. At this time (2020-2021) we are the only vendor in the world to offer these! Taste is awesome, rich, sweet and balanced. You would love this tomato! Great for containers or in the ground! African Queen Tomato
Just so you would know, out of about 120 new varieties for 2020/2021, African Queen tomato is the very first listing. This is so because it is one of the most memorable varieties for our season. I love everything about this variety. 1-1.5 pound fruits grow on healthy potato leafed vines that can reach 6 feet. Production is fantastic and non-stop. One of the earliest large varieties to ripen for us. Our plants were loaded from the very bottom, all the way to the very top. Excellent disease resistance. Taste is very balanced and memorable. Not too sweet or acidic. Texture is superb, just waiting for you to bite into. Excellent choice for sandwiches, market sales and a lot more. Perfect as a main crop. You must grow this one!! -
Dwarf Pink Flamingo Tomato
Dwarf Pink Flamingo is a pretty tomato that grows on rugose leaved plants. Our plants grew to about 3 feet and produced plenty of fruits that began to ripen about 65 days after transplant. I really liked the full flavored mildness of these. Sweetish, Pink Flamingo has very subtle hints of fruits that will get you hooked. Smooth fruits without many blemishes. Bright Lights Cosmos
Big patches of various shades of yellows and tons of butterflies are what you will get when you grow Bright Lights Cosmos in your flower garden. These very attractive flowers grow on plants that can reach 4 feet tall and will reseed if not too heavily mulched. Humming birds love them too. Expect blooms from early June. Very colorful and really easy to grow. Start indoors about 4 weeks before last frost, or directly in your garden when the weather is consistently warm enough to do so. Happy gardening! -
Butterfly Milkweed
(Asclepias tuberosa) One of the hardiest perennials you could possibly find, Butterfly Milkweed will light up your garden every year. plant it once and watch it come back for many years. My patch is about 11 years old. These grow to about 18-24 inches, have deep orange blooms that are highlighted by their pretty green back-drop foliage. Suitable for mostly any soil these will light up your garden from early June and continue for about 6-8 weeks. Expect plenty of butterflies especially Monarchs. Humming birds do buzz around from time to time too! -

Tigerette Dwarf Tomato
Thinking that it was much shorter variety, I grow out 5 Tigerette Dwarf tomato plants in 2 gallon containers. They ware two and a half feet tall and needed bigger containers. I would advise 3-5 gallons if you are growing in containers. This beautiful fruit is a plump, red and yellow, slightly above average sized cherry. Taste is mildly sweet with overall mild taste. Dwarf plants have beautiful chartreuse foliage that serves as the perfect backdrop for their bright ripened fruits. Good production, but not prolific. Mid-season variety and perfect for indoor growing under lights. Canning, cooking, snacking, garnish and more! -
Cypress Vine Red (Ipomoea quamoclit)
One of my favorite flowers in the world, Cypress Vine Red is a stunning plant that has beautiful blooms and foliage. It produces tons of bright red, trumpet shaped flowers from mid-summer all the way to season's end. They will not stop producing until frost gets them. A big attraction for humming birds and butterflies, it's a great vine for growing on arbors, banisters or any decorative situation. Will grow well in containers too. These will reseed, so plant them some place where you wouldn't mind them coming back the following year. It's white sister is just as stunning and effective. Happy Bird watching. -

Yellow Pigmy Micro Dwarf Tomato
Yellow Pigmy Micro Dwarf tomato is a prolific producing variety that's great for small containers. 12-15 inch plants produce prolifically all summer long. These work well in 1-2 gallon containers. Ours are all grown in 1 gallon. Plants have firm skinny stalks and will need some support when it full season. Fruits are sweet, softish and very fruity. Perfect for salads, pickling, snacking and tomato treats such as jams and jellies. Perfect for small spaces or window sills. 65 days to begin ripening. -
Early Pak Tomato
A determinate variety, Early Pack tomato is the perfect early variety. Smaller slicing tomatoes have good flavor and nice texture. Plants are prolific and very hardy. In 2019 ours were planted in low laying ground and were flooded for 3 weeks, yet they pulled through while other varieties crumbled. Bright red, 3-4 ounce fruits have nice balance, are on the tart side and are really good on a sandwich. I haven't tried these any other way than on sandwiches and eating off the vine. Earliest Of All Tomato
If you are looking for an early variety with good production and taste, try Earliest Of All tomato. Though not the earliest in our garden, these were still very early. Ours started ripening about 68 days from transplant. Short plants produced larger cherries that are tart and strong. Ours did get slightly sweeter as the season progressed. Texture is good. These are perfect for canning, cooking, juicing and fresh eating. Nice short-season variety! -
Burgurland's Triumph Tomato
Burgurland's Triumph tomato is an early variety that's perfect for canning, sauces, juicing and more. I am happy that I grew these out because they made some great juice and surprisingly nice sauce too. Short plants produce heavily and early enough to get me started snacking in the garden without haven to wait too long. Fruits are a little bigger than a ping pong ball and have a wonderful aroma. Good disease resistance and hardy too. Softish texture, sweeter, smooth and satisfying. Good experience for me!
