Emerald Evergreen tomato is a beautiful ( six to ten ounce)  fruit that ripens green. Packed with outstanding fruity flavors, this winner is perfect for sandwiches, green tomato sauce, salsa and slicing. Vines are six feet tall, vibrant and productive. Fruits ripen starting around the 80 day mark. when sliced, Emerald Evergreen is bright green inside and very aromatic. Be sure to stake these well and check fruits for ripeness. When ripened, it’s outside is yellowish green. Happy Growing!

Another tomato that is on my top 5 list!
In zone 4b, this one ripened at 75 days after transplant and produced fruits 6-14 ounces each (Big in prime season, smaller at end of season.) At ripeness, tomatoes turned from light and bright green to slightly yellowish green, easily seen and compared to others on the vines. I staked these tasty beauties up with cattle panel/t-post system which kept them well supported. They are GREAT as a sandwich slice, tomato sauce, salsa, or anything your heart desires. Excellent, excellent flavor!!! Close your eyes and you’ll think you’re eating the best red tomato ever. One taste and you’ll fall in love….
