Dwarf Lucky Leprechaun tomato was the biggest surprise for us in the 2018 season. It caught me totally off guard by being the earliest variety out of 215 to begin ripening. We recorded its first ripened fruits in 62-64 days after transplant. I thought that this could be the case because there may have been some fruit setting when we transplanted it. But that was not the case, because all of our Lucky Leprechaun plants were ripening fruits at the same time. From that point they never stopped until the crop was done. Determinate plants are not taller than 2.5 feet and remain loaded. Fruits are mildly sweet and juicy. Nice flavor, not bland! A fantastic choice for early and container gardens. -
Loxton Lass is the close cousin of Loxton Lad. It is a regular leaf, indeterminate variety. Fruits are 4-8 ounces and a very vibrant yellow. They begin ripening in about 70 days from transplant. These are also great for container growing (5 gallon plus). These are well balanced and delicious! A really nice slicing tomato! -
75 Days. Dwarf Loxton Lad tomato was certainly popular with us this year. I, for one, really enjoyed eating them in the garden, especially after seed saving was done.Tree type, Indeterminate vines, are about 4 feet tall. They have regular leaves and are fairly prolific. 6-16 ounce, deep yellow fruits, are rich, milder and balanced with plenty juice. This is a perfect selection for those seeking a milder tomato with excellent taste. Great selection for growing in a larger container. -
75 Days. Dwarf Lemon Ice tomato was a big hit for us in 2017. We grew quite a few plants and all were great. Our rugose leaf plants were about 3.5 feet tall and produced big crops of perfect, beautifully heart shaped fruits that were mild and sweet. Tree type plants demonstrated a great disease resistance tolerance. Really nice tomato for sandwiches, light yellow sauce and fresh eating! These are perfect for container growing. -
Dwarf Laura's Bounty Tomato
One of my favorite grow-outs in 2019, Dwarf Laura's Bounty tomato just kept producing and producing. I accidentally started too many plants, so I had plenty extras for beautiful, tasty tomato sauce. This variety is deep yellow outside and in. 2.5 feet tall plants produce tons of 3 inch, elongated tomatoes that are sweet and rich. I have used these in some of my favorite tomato sauces. Disease resistance is really good. All of our plants did excellently in extreme weather. These are good for smaller gardens, especially if pressed for space. Containers, YES! I recommend 5 gallons or more. You can't go wrong with Dwarf Laura's Bounty! -
Kookaburra Cackle Dwarf tomato is a relatively early ripening variety. 4 feet tall plants are tree like and have rugose, regular leaves. They begin to ripen about 70 days after transplant. Oblate fruits are brownish and are delicious, rich and juicy. A bit on the tart side. Great for salsas, drying and sandwiches. Good Container variety! -
Dwarf Kelly Gren tomato is a 3-6 ounce fruit that has a very sparkling taste. Our vines have been about 3.5 feet tall and produced the greenest when ripened of any tomatoes that we grow. This beauty is green in and out! our vines also demonstrated excellent disease resistance and began to ripen their fruits around 75 days after transplant. I grew Dwarf Kangaroo Paw Yellow tomato for the first time in 2018. They were really good, especially for slicing and snacking. Our plants were about 2 feet high, had rugose leaves and produced 2-4 ounce fruits that ripened to a pretty, clean yellow color. Plants also started ripen fruits around 72 days after transplant in the garden. What I liked about its flavor was that it was not too mild and had some really good fruitiness when fully ripened. Some sweetness with very little tang. These are great also for canning, making fresh salsa and more. Will work well when grown in containers or small gardens. -
Dwarf Jasmine Yellow Tomato
This year, 2019, my dwarf plants performed and produced excellently. Every one showed great disease resistance. We had big harvest here on the farm. Dwarf Jasmine Yellow tomato was one of the best. It has to be one of the prettiest exteriors on any tomato that I have ever seen. Deep yellow, shiny and clean fruits are really eye-catching. They turned heads in my garden every time. Taste was superb and fruity. Nothing was overwhelming with Jasmine Yellow. It has the perfect blend of delicious flavors. A keeper for me. Plants are about 3 feet tall and produce amply until frost. Great slicer tomato. Looks beautiful sliced on a platter. Really good eaten right off the vine. Note: Most dwarf varieties do well in containers and small gardens. -
70 Days. Dwarf Jade Beauty tomato has a special place in my heart. When these started ripening on the farm in 2017 and I tasted them, I realized that I should have had more plants. Eventually I made my peace with that. One day, I was looking at my garden map and realized we accidentally planted 3 more plants elsewhere in the garden. Bingo! We now have enough seeds to share. Dwarf Jackass Yellow Tomato
Dwarf Jackass Yellow tomato turned out to be one of my favorites in 2020. Very clean, shiny, deep yellow fruits are truly a sight to behold when fully ripened. These remind me of Dwarf Egypt Yellow in size and shape, but taste is totally different. Jackass Yellow is sweeter and has a fruity after-taste that I like. This is a really good slicing tomato that will leave you wanting more. Plants are about 3 feet tall and produce prolifically. 75 days to first ripened fruits. If you would like good production in a smaller garden, try Dwarf Jackass Yellow tomato. For ground or container growing! -
If you have never tasted a green when ripened tomato, Dwarf Jackass Green tomato is a great one for you to try. Easily one of the best green dwarf tomato varieties, this one is a keeper! Three feet tall tree-like plants produce plenty 6-12 ounce tomatoes that are fruity, balanced and rich. Stake well! Our first ripened fruits appeared about 80 days after transplant. They continued coming until season's end. Plants produce plenty of tomatoes that were green inside and out. A small amount of pink blushing on the blossom end. It's tasty reminds me of Aunt Ruby's German Green, another fantastic tomato. Dwarf Jackass Green can work great in containers too! -
Dwarf Hazy's Dream Tomato
I have a lot of admiration and respect for the work that is done at the Dwarf Tomato Project. Some of the best dwarf tomatoes that I have grown were as a result of their hard work. This one has a rich flavor, masked by mild fruitiness. Overall, it's a sweet tomato that has a very nice balance. Juice is rich and delicious. Dwarf Hazy's Dream tomato plants are about 3 feet tall and produce a nice amount of 2-5 ounce fruits, though most are around 2-4. Ours came in a little late, starting to ripen fruits about 82 days after transplant. Definitely worth the wait! Perfect little slicer that you would enjoy. Note: Most dwarf varieties do well in containers and small gardens. -

Easily one of the top dwarf varieties I grew in 2018, Dwarf Hannah's Prize tomato will be in our gardens again next year. Perfectly balanced and rich taste kept me eating all summer long. I even ate a lot of them during the seed saving process. They were that good! This tomato pack nice meat with excellent texture. Aroma isn't loud but it's very pleasing. Dwarf plants are "Tree Like" and produced a good amount of 4-8 ounce fruits that are definitely worth being in any tomato garden. Great sandwich tomato.! I did not make sauce with it so I can't say, but salsa, slicing and snacking, you must do! -
Dwarf Goldfinch Tomato
Mildly sweet, full flavored and delicious with nice undertones, is how I would describe Dwarf Goldfinch tomato. Big, canary yellow fruits, can weigh ten to twelve ounces, but ours averaged around 8-10. Our plants grew to three feet tall and produced a very nice crop which began to ripen about 78 days after transplant. Disease resistance was great for us and we harvested until season's end. These need to be staked early because of the quantity and size of fruits. Works excellently in smaller gardens or larger containers (5 gallons or larger). If you have never grown dwarf varieties before this variety would be a great way to start. Really nice taste on these! -
Without a doubt, Dwarf Golden Heart tomato is one of the most prolific dwarf varieties that you'll ever find. Additionally, the fruits are very tasty. Growing to about 3 feet tall, rugose leaf plants are early to set bloom and fruit. Perfectly heart shaped, canary yellow tomatoes begin to ripen about 72 days after transplant. Some staking is necessary because of the quantity of its production. Tomatoes are sweet but milder, very juicy, with nice texture. These will also do well in 5 gallon containers. Seeds are freshly packed just for you! -
Dwarf Golden Gypsy is another prolific tomato that grows on plants that are about 3 feet tall. This may well be the most prolific producer for the size of fruit that they produce. I literally harvested bushels full of these golden beauties from just 5 plants. The fruits are sweet, thin skinned, fruity, and excessively juicy. The entire experience is fulfilling! These too, would do well in larger containers but must be staked. Let them ripen well for the fullest experience. If you are intrigued by dwarf varieties, this is a present for you. -
Dwarf Franklyn County tomato is a special little thing. It's highly recognizable for its ridges and oblate shape. Our plants didn't make it past 2.5 feet in full sunlight. They produced bunches of 2-3 ounce fruits that were mild, juicy and flavorful but with a little acidic aftertaste. I like these for canning, tomato juice, snacking and cooking. Our indeterminate plants produced all season long. They also displayed good disease resistance. Tomatoes were borne on bunches of 5 or 6. Our first fruits ripened fruits came in around 72 days. Recommended for container or patio growing. 3-5 gallon containers can work well! -

Dwarf Firebird Sweet Tomato
No other variety excited me in 2017 like Dwarf Firebird Sweet tomato. I was anxious to start seeds, anxious to transplant, stake, harvest and eat! The anxiety was totally worth it. It truly is a very exciting tomato. 4-10 ounce bi-color fruits are sweet, juicy, full flavored and satisfying. Let them ripen well and you will be highly rewarded. Dwarf Firebird Sweet vines are not more than 4 feet(usually shorter). Ours made it to about 3.5 feet tall by the end of the season. One of the greener slicers that we grow, I am so happy that it comes on a dwarf vine. Plants are about 4 feet tall and hardy and have rugose potato leaves. They begin to ripen their fruits about 85 days after transplant Boasting a balanced, full flavored taste, this is a tomato that you could do anything with. Our biggest fruits have been in the 10 ounce range! -
Variegated rugose leaves of green and white is what you will experience when you grow out Dwarf Elsie's Fancy tomato plants. I never really got a chance to take pictures of plants but they are very beautiful and unique. Fruits are smooth and tasty, with hints of the tropics. I loved its production in 2021 and found it to be a very good little slicer. Taste is sweet, fruity with some acids in there too. For us, this wasn't a very mild tomato and it was very, very good. Our 3feet tall plants had an indeterminate growth habit and produced nicely all season long and until first frost. These will work wonderfully in containers too. NOTE: You must grow these and check out the beautiful green and white leaves! -
I've grown some pretty dwarf varieties in my time, but dwarf Egypt Yellow tomato is among the prettiest. It's not fancy colored, just a very clean canary yellow, that will melt your heart. After your heart has been melted, your tastebuds will follow! This tomato is as delicious as it's pretty. Dwarf Egypt Yellow has superb texture and good balance. Milder and sweet with a hint of fruit is how I would describe it! Plants are "Tree like". Ours were about 3 feet tall in full sunlight and produced very well. Fruits were consistently around 12 ounces and were available until late in the season. Perfect for sandwiches, sauces, slicing, fresh eating, garnishing and more. Recommended! -
Dwarf Desert Star Tomato
Dwarf Desert Star is a pretty little cherry variety that has sweeter and balanced flavor. These grow on 3.5 feet tall plants that have rugose potato leaves. Production is excellent and early. These will work well in containers too. Perfect for salads and snacking, especially in the garden. Fruits are clean, crack-free and round. nice for canning also! -
Dwarf Dainty Isabel Tomato
Dwarf Dainty Isabel tomato is a beautifully colored fruit that grows on short and stocky plants. Plants did not grow taller than two feet tall. I was really astonished with Dainty Isabel's taste. It had excellent balance and was neither sweet or tart. Nice old time tomato flavor when fully ripened. These dwarf plants displayed excellent disease resistance. This and all the dwarf varieties that we offer will do excellently in larger containers of 5 gallons and larger! -

Another beautiful dwarf variety with wonderful taste, Dwarf Confetti tomato belongs in every tomato garden. 4-10 ounce fruits are nicely bi-colored inside and out. Plants are less than 3 feet tall and have rugose leaves. Even though they are shorter, plants will benefit from staking. They produce an abundance of fruits and can easily become top heavy. Dwarf Clare Valley Pink Tomato
Don't be surprised if you grow these every year. Dwarf Clare Valley Pink tomato is a high producing, early variety. Ours produced their first ripened fruits around 72 days from transplant. 2.5 feet tall plants produced plenty round fruits that were about 4-6 ounces each. These are sweet and juicy with a very nice overall flavor. These would also do wonderfully in smaller gardens or in containers. Good disease resistance! -
Here is a nice dwarf tomato for you to try. I expected these to be acidic, but they were not. They were mild and fruity with some sweet reflections. Dwarf Citron Compact tomato is truly a nice treat at any time, especially in the garden Fruits are about the size of a golf ball, perhaps a tad smaller. They have a softer feel with plenty of rich juice and good texture. These are great when sliced up in a salad. Great for snacking. Try canning some too! Plants are about 2.5 feet tall and produce plenty canary yellow fruits that will delight you! 72 days to ripen.
