It has thin skin and an after-taste that is difficult for me to describe. All I know is that I love it! A member of the anthocyanin family, fruits have different shades of darkened tops. Long, sunny summer days, definitely benefits the looks of this tiger! Our vines began to ripen their fruits around the 72 day mark. Perfect little slicing and salad tomato!
