Cour De Boeuf tomato is a 6-12 ounce beefsteak that is on the sweet side, fleshy and milder. Without a doubt, this is a really good tomato. It’s often here as a sauce tomato. it’s also a wonderful for sandwiches. This tomato has flashes of Curtis Cheek, just milder! Vines produce heavily, are skinny and have wispy leaves.
