Summer Sunrise Dwarf Tomato

Dwarf Summer Sunrise Tomato

Summer Sunrise Dwarf Tomato

Summer Sunrise Dwarf tomato is one of the best dwarfs that I have tasted. I thought that I should get that out of the way early. To add to that, it’s also one of the most beautiful fruits. I am so happy that I grew this one!

Summer Sunrise Tomato Vines

I planted two patches of these. Each patch had about 4 plants. Both patches performed excellently and produced similarly. There were no differences in fruits or plant size. There was a slight difference in taste. Plants on the farm were more intense and sweeter. In my kitchen garden they were not as intense but still very good. This is probably due to the fact that my kitchen garden gets about 3 hours less sunlight than my farm plants. Nonetheless, you can’t go wrong with this tomato. Vines are about 3.5 feet tall and produce a really good quantity of 6-16 oz, canary yellow fruits that blush pink on the bottom end.   They begin to ripen about 80 days after transplant. Good disease resistance.

Summer Sunrise Taste

Summer Sunrise is a very balanced tomato. It is the kind of tomato you really want eat very slowly. Sweets, fruits, tang and juice are all there. I had many sandwiches with this one, boy oh boy!  I highly recommend this one!
