They very often look like works of art because the shapes can be very abstract and curvy. Vines produce many squash which can be harvested at any time. They can also be left on the vine until Fall then over-wintered for many months for cooking. It’s an Italian variety that is great for grilling or even sliced in salads. I like them sauteed.
