As soon as they are planted in the ground, they get to work producing blooms and soon after fruits. This variety seems to do well in the cooler weeks of mid-spring. I always get early tomatoes with these. It is mild and juicy with food tomato flavor. A nice treat when everything else is yet to ripen.
