• Black Mammoth Tomato

    $2.75$3.75

    Black Mammoth Tomato

Black Mammoth Tomato is a rich tasting beefsteak that ripens purple/black. These can reach 14 ounces and sometimes more. Vigorous plants produce plenty, relatively crack fruits, that are sandwich ready. This tomato delivers the complete tomato experience for those who like a forward tasting variety! Ours averaged between 8 and 12 ounces but some were a bit larger. Great for market sales, garnish and even some sweet dark sauce or stew. You'll love these!  80-85 Days! Delicious 80 Days!
  • These cherry sized fruits are perfect for salad, dehydrating and snacking, especially right off the vine. Our plants fought through weeks of rain to produce good sized crops until season's end. Prolific vines are about 5 feet tall and vibrant. These begin to bloom pretty early, with our first ripened fruits emerging in early July, about 72 days after transplant. Fruits are sweetish with good tomato flavor and very little antho taste. Great Aroma too! Black Strawberry tomato plants need to be staked well for the best results. May do well in larger sized containers.
  • Blue Beauty Tomato

    $2.50$3.50
Blue beauty is a chef's dream. It's pretty, tasty, relatively early and prolific. Vines are about 4-5 feet tall with darker leaves and stems. This antho variety gets darker wherever the sun hits it and mostly brownish/purple on the bottom end. I once saw a fruit that was turned upside down and it was totally black on the bottom end. When fully ripened, these are juicy, have a strong and earthy taste, with some sweetness that would work well for sandwiches. They work well other culinary purposes too. I especially like them with a little salt and pepper, right off the vine. Also a great tomato for the farmer's market!
  • Blue Chocolate Tomato

    $2.50$3.50
Blue Chocolate tomato is a smaller slicing variety that is not only pretty, but has a good flavor. Its sweeter but bold with lots of juice. There are also hints of old time flavor but not strong. It's not a mild tomato so you will have plenty of pop! Another member of the anthocyanin family, Blue Chocolate vines are prolific and tall. Ours grow to about 7-8 feet and were loaded with chocolate colored fruits with darker tops. This is a great tomato for snacking in the garden, garnishing, salsa, drying for powder and salads when sliced. Try some, you'll like them!
  • Blue Fire Tomato

    $2.50$3.50
Blue Fire tomato is a beautiful and unique antho slicer that is worth growing. 3-6 ounce oblate fruits are borne on skinny, productive vines. This variety can easily be identified by its intense speckling. As they begin to ripen, fruits begin to look more speckled, turning every head that sees them. Plants can be 6 feet tall and begin to ripen fruits about 75 days after transplant. Fruits are not fully ripened  until they have turned a delightful red and black with brownish speckles. These are great for garnishing, salads, fresh eating and excellent for market sales. Milder but balanced!
  • Blue Keyes Tomato

    $2.50$3.50
I grew Blue Keyes tomato for the first time in 2018 and it's going to be on my list again for 2019. This time I will be taking them to the market. Tiny antho, cherry fruits, are so uniquely colored that they always turn heads. In addition, they are perfect little pear shaped things. Bottom ends are a mix of green, orange and some antho striping that is like a work of art. Blue Keyes taste good too! They are somewhat earthy, acidic with sweet undertones and on the mild side. These are perfect for canning, dehydrating, salads, garnish, fresh salsa and more. But the way I enjoy them best is right off the vine on a cool morning. These will also grow well in larger containers. Try a 4-5 gallon size or larger! Go for it!
  • Blue Sun Tomato

    $2.25$3.25
Blue Sun tomato is another new antho variety that we have introduced in 2018. Smaller sized slicing tomatoes are a lovely lime green when fully ripened and sliced. On its exterior, fruits have some nice antho on the top side and a beautiful like green on its bottom end. Juicy and milder with some sweetness, Blue Sun has a very pleasing after-taste that is a bit difficult for me to describe. Indeterminate plants were prolific and hardy. From season's start to end, our plants had no issues. our first ripened fruits appeared around 75 days after transplant. From that point they kept coming!
  • Blush 2.0 Tomato

    $2.50$3.50

    Blush 2.0 Tomato

Seeking a fantastic tomato experience? Try Blush 2.0 tomato by Fred Hempel. It has the same fantastic taste as Blush, but for me, these had a little bit more tartness. Still, it delivered a wonderful experience just as its predecessor.  I found that plants were shorter than Blush, yet they produced tremendous amounts of 2 inch elongate fruits.  I think the biggest improvement is that they tend to split less.  If you love tomato preserves, Blush 2.0 will easily fill that role. Salads too! These may grow welly well in larger containers. Stake well as vines are wispy and skinny! If you are tired of being let down by your tomato choices, this is a great way to turn things around!
  • Blushing Bride Tomato

  • Bounty’s Best Tomato

    $3.00$4.00
I was gifted Bounty's Best tomato seeds by my friend Shawn @ Bounty Hunter Seeds. This tomato was created and stabilized by Shawn. When I grew them out they were very productive and relatively early. Around 5 feet tall plants produce 4-8 ounce darkened fruits with greenish shoulders and excellent flavor, which I would describe as earthy, with sweets and good balance. Texture was good too. I should mention that plants worked very hard and demonstrated nice disease resistance. Great choice for almost anything tomato.
  • Buckeye Yellow Tomato

    $2.75$3.75

    Buckeye Yellow Tomato

What a wonderful treat in 2020. Buckeye Yellow tomato was one of the standouts in 2020. 8-14 oz fruits are very delicious and inviting. These, here in zone 5, begin ripening to a beautiful canary yellow with a pink blush after 75 days. This one is a definite keeper. Tall indeterminate plants produce prolifically and throughout the season until frost. Our plants remained healthy and did well without much tending to. This, without a doubt, is an excellent main crop variety, market variety and also awesome multi purpose use. Slice some up for a sandwich or just have one off of the vine. You will love it!
  • Buffalo Soldier Tomato

    $2.50$3.50
My description of Buffalo Soldier Tomato would be that it's a very good representation of what a black tomato should taste like. 6-14 ounce fruits grow on 5 foot or taller vines that has shown good disease resistance in our gardens. Clusters of 3-5 begin to ripen about 80 days after transplant and continue until frost. As far as taste, these are sweetish, earthy, juicy with good texture. Its fast is no overwhelming it's just right. I like these especially eaten fresh and on sandwiches. Based on it's exterior feel and good taste, I also suspect that it will be good market variety also, but I didn't take any to my market. Definitely one to consider!
  • Buratino Tomato

    $2.50$3.50

    Buratino Tomato

This variety is one of the toughest that I have ever grown. Very wispy vines produce prolifically and refuse to stop. In 2019 we had very bad weather and almost 3 weeks of nonstop rain. We lost hundreds of plants, but Buratino tomato just kept growing and producing. Eventually we harvested plenty. These are very flavorful and make nice canning and salad tomatoes too. Great for snacking! Very attractive and appealing fruits are well balanced with a little tang. Juicy and succulent, delicious. Early staking is recommended. Seventy two days to ripen from transplant.  These may do well in larger containers. A real treat!
  • Burgess Stuffing tomato is a firm stuffing tomato that ripens red. It's not as large as Yellow Stuffer or perhaps Striped Cavern, but, like those two, it has good stand alone flavor. vines are prolific and need early staking. Tomatoes begin to ripen about 75 days after transplant. Perfect for stuffing with anything!
  • One of my top 10 for taste and flavor in 2021, Candy Sweet Icicle Tomato is a salad lover's dream. About 2 inch long fruits are elongated and so very tasty. Indeterminate plants are super producers and never, I mean never stop producing! For me in 2021, nothing was a better snack in the garden. Taste is fruity, sweet with acidic tones and complete. These are not overwhelming, just perfect. I never saw even one crack or split on any of these, so they are very clean and pretty fruits, making these bi-colored beauties perfect market tomatoes. My plants were bushy and vibrant, but never got higher than about 5 feet. Great tomato for snacking, plating/garnish, dehydrating, preserves, cooking and so much more. I'll be back next year for more!
  • Candy Tomato

    $2.75$3.75

Vines are very hardy and will work hard for you. Excellent disease resistance, one of the best this year for me. Great snack, great for tomato preserves, salads, canning whole and market sales. Recommended

  • Charlies Green is perhaps the best green that I have grown in years. When I first grew them, somehow I missed harvesting them until the end of the season. When I finally harvested a few, I was hooked! I grew the out the following year and was totally impressed. 6-10 ounce tomatoes are fruity, juicy, full flavored and have good balance. Flesh has a smooth texture and seem to melt in your mouth. Great aroma too! You should be harvesting your first fruits about 78 days after transplant.

  • Cherry Chunks Tomato

    $2.50$3.00
Cherry Chunks is a spin-off of Sandy's Sweet Cherry. It is firm, meaty, and juicy, but not quite as intense as Sandy's Sweet. Tall vines produce huge crops of slightly elongated, pinkish tomatoes that are just a pleasure to eat in the garden. Kids love them. Fruits are firm, keep well, and have few seeds. Texture is super smooth and desirable. My plants were regular leafed and tall, about 6 feet. Production was very good and fruits are not too seedy. Nice tomato for sandwiches and slicing on a platter. Can easily be your GO-TO yellow beefsteak! You'll love this tomato!
  • Coeur de Surpriz Tomato

One of my biggest regrets in 2019 is that I didn't grow enough Coeur de Surpriz tomato plants. I grew out 4 plants and 3 of them were drowned in the flood waters in mid-June. When the remaining plant finally started ripening its fruits, I was amazed at how beautiful they were. Not wanting to eat many, in order to maximize my seed count, I tried a few. Then a few more, and more. Eventually I only saved fruits from half of the plant. These were sweet and fruity with a little tang. Very good little tomato! Bi-colored outside and out. Good choice for fresh eating, salads, garnish, dehydrating, fresh salsa, canning and more. Nice all purpose variety. Might I say again, very, very good!
