• A very fine little tomato for us this year. I have noticed that this tomato has some long keeper qualities. A Grapoli d'Inverno tomato is an old Italian variety that dates back to the early 1900s. Our plants were loaded with deep red plum shaped fruits that never stopped coming once they began to ripen. These were relatively early! Great caning and dehydrating tomato. May also make good sauce and you will have plenty if you wanna go that route. Taste is forward and old fashioned with some sweetness. This is a nice little tomato.

  • Andrina micro dwarf tomato is a variety that produces larger red cherries that are similar in size to Florida Petite. Even though the fruits are larger, plants produce a nice amount of firm, sweet and juicy cherries. Plants are about 8-10 inches at maturity. But their production is good. They begin to ripen their fruits about 75 days after transplant. So get ready to eat! A little staking may be necessary. I use Chinese chopsticks and they work perfectly! We successfully grew them indoors and under lights. Using 3/4 gallon containers, we were able to fit about 12-15 plants under one 4 foot light fixture and all did exceptionally well. Andrina is my favorite red micro dwarf tomato!

Slightly larger than the average cherry, this antho variety turns jet-black on the top side, with a cute canary yellow on the bottom end. Different shades of antho give fruits their own individuality. What's more, they have pretty little nipples on their bottom ends, that may be yellow or a mix of yellow and black. $2.50$3.50
I grew Blue Keyes tomato for the first time in 2018 and it's going to be on my list again for 2019. This time I will be taking them to the market. Tiny antho, cherry fruits, are so uniquely colored that they always turn heads. In addition, they are perfect little pear shaped things. Bottom ends are a mix of green, orange and some antho striping that is like a work of art. Blue Keyes taste good too! They are somewhat earthy, acidic with sweet undertones and on the mild side. These are perfect for canning, dehydrating, salads, garnish, fresh salsa and more. But the way I enjoy them best is right off the vine on a cool morning. These will also grow well in larger containers. Try a 4-5 gallon size or larger! Go for it!

Most of our Bonsai plants produced really plump fruits. Two plants out of ten, produced smaller(but not tiny) sized fruits. Taste was the same on all plants. These were juicy, medium firm, milder and on the sweet side. I am really happy that I grew these out. performed excellently in 3/4 gallon containers, but I would try one gallon next time, just for the experience. I'll report back.
  • Brandywine Cherry Tomato is a high producing variety that totally caught me by surprise. Vibrant and recognizable potato leafed plants have deep green foliage and skinny, tall vines. They produced so many fruits that I just stopped harvesting them after a while. I just couldn't keep up with these. Between this variety, Porter (Charles Herring)  and Piennolo Del Vesuvio, I just didn't have time to harvest anything else. They were all so prolific! Additionally, they taste very good. Large sized cherries are perfect for snacking, cooking, salads and more. Flavor is complete and balanced. A very pleasing experience with Brandywine Cherry. Nice multi-purposed variety. Definitely worth growing!

  • Chansky Early Tomato

    $2.75$3.75

    Chansky Early Tomato

The second variety to ripen in our 2019 grow-outs, this basket variety is eye catching and tasty too! Short, determinate plants hold on to every bloom, making them very prolific. , These are pretty unique looking. I definitely had my eyes on them all summer long! Though perfect for baskets, we grew ours in the ground. Because of their short height and sprawling habit, that presented some challenges but we were able to make it work. Plants are not more than 18 inches tall. They produce plenty slightly egg shaped cherry fruits, that are whiteish when green. They turn into a mild red when fully ripened. Balanced flavor, great for an early tomato. Snacking, canning, salads and more. Worth my while! Get your baskets ready! Novelty!
