Malin Pink Tomato

Malin Pink Tomato

Tomato growers all around the world know that the ultimate prize is finding a great tasting tomato that is also is able to ward off diseases.  Welcome to Malin Pink or Maliniak as it’s known in Poland, where it originated.  It made its way to our garden in 2016 and is going to remain here for a long time to come.

Malin Pink Tomato Vines

Malin Pink vines are short and always loaded with fruits that are about 5 ounces each, and grow in clusters of four or five.  Tomatoes begin to ripen about 70 days after transplant, so they are relatively early.  My tallest vines were about 4 feet tall I think that this variety would also do excellently when grown in containers.

Malin Pink Tomato Taste

Malin Pink tomatoes are great tasting fruits, I really love them.  They are sweet, juicy and medium mild. What is really cool about this tomato is there is an evident taste of some tropical fruitiness.  Malin Pink tomato would be a great salsa, sauce, slicing and cooking tomato.  Please try some just off of the vine and you will be thrilled!
